Go see a physio. He just stretches stuff out and refuses to adjust.

Excellent Chiropractor, knowledgeable, explains the process, options and expected outcomes. Does not "crack" my bones, but manipulates to achieve results. Friendly, easy to talk to. Would highly recommend him.
