A few years ago it was my first time trying therapy, defiantly never too late. I enjoyed the different approaches and techniques. Very informative and caring.

Carol is amazing, I saw her a few years ago and she helped me deal with anxiety and low self esteem. She’s so caring and helped me so much m, I would recommend her to anyone.
