Dr. Louis and his staff are so genuine intheir desire to help you. Dr. Louis is one of the most kind , helpful , understanding Doctors I have ever had. I can't say enough good things about him. So professional but kind .

Arrived a little early was seen right away .
DrLouis was very helpful , wanted to help me in any way he could. The staff in the room with him were great. The nurse that got me ready for the procedure was very helpful and the other lovey nurse that took me to my ride . I am so sorry I am so bad with names . Everyone told me thier name , I am forgetful !

Honestly, the worst interaction I’ve ever had with a doctor. I’ll be honest I didn’t have my paperwork filled out all the way. He snaps out throws the pen in my hand. Then, he tells me I can fill the rest out in the waiting room. When I didn’t leave to the waiting room he stormed out of the room. He came back in the room looked at my imaging reports and preceded to tell me degeneration of disks, herniated disks, bone spurs and stenosis are all normal. If I could give him a minus five, I would.

He is arrogant and rude. If things aren’t going well he is quick to dismiss. Not recommend

Being in health care myself, I can tell you I have never come across a specialist who was so down to earth, smart, punctual, or caring. Dr. Louis helped me with my extreme pain management throughout my whole pregnancy. I don't know how I could have survived without him ! Consider yourself lucky if you are under his care.

He seems nice until you ask a few questions then he can’t seem to get rid of you fast enough. Terrible bedside manner.

Dr. Louis is a wonderful, thoughtful and caring doctor. He took his time to explain everything and was so kind. Highly recommended! And his staff, Cheryl, is an absolute sweetheart!

The only issue I have was the length of time I had to wait to see the doctor, and then the length of time I had to wait to have the procedure. I do understand he is the only physician in the are who performs this type of procedure, however when someone is in constant pain....every day seems like week.
