She's a wonderful doctor!! I don't know what I'd do without her, she's very kind and spends time with you and she actually listens!! Her staff , specifically her nurses, are awesome too.

Acts as though her patients are beneath her. Egocentric, condescending attitude. poor bedside manner. Recommended beginning immunosuppressant biologics during chronic viral respiratory infection accompanied by a fever of 101 F, short of breath, and wheezing even after 2 ER doctors, and internal medicine doctor, a pharmacist and the manufacturer all recommended against it. Incompetent when filling out FMLA paperwork and botched it. Became defensive, hostile and smug when asked about it. Took no vitals, did no exam.

I just read the awful comment before mine regarding Dr. Knauff-Nelson. As a patient of hers for more than 2 years, I have to say this person is absolutely wrong. Dr. Knauff-Nelson is very professional and knows her field well. She has been more than helpful with me and my health issues. I'm sure her manner could be offputting to some, but really, she is very kind and compassionate, and has helped me gain a better quality of life. Her staff is always RIGHT on helping me to figure my way through the nightmare called health insurance.

I can honestly say I would not send anyone I know to this Doctor, she spends more time looking at her laptop and typing than looking you in the eye. She seems not to have any compassion or feelings for the suffering of her patients. The one word I would use to describe her is robotic. I spoke with a lady who also saw Dr. Knauf her problem is much more serious than mine. She had the same feeling about her as I did. We both decided it was time to find someone else. DR. Knauf has the bedside manner of a fencepost and a personality to match. Don't waste your time and money on this troll. She will treat you like a piece of meat not a human being with feelings and hope.

Dr. Knauf Nelsen is without a doubt the best doctor I've ever had. She truly cares about her patients and is willing to work with them to get them the care they need. She knows her field well, and she really goes above and beyond in terms of medical care and support.
