really grateful to have this psych doc. Our interactions are wonderful, she is truly lovely and has a great bedside manor; many doctors could learn so much from her. however, she unfortunately seems to listen without hearing. In the moment it seems she is acknowledging and understanding my experiences, but later seeing her notes to my GP, it's as though she was in a completely different conversation. her perspective seems a bit biased based on reports of a previous doc who really took many things out of context and made things sound drastically different. this has influenced her view on my diagnosis and treatment, instead of taking the time to process what I'm sharing/experiencing and formulate her own diagnosis. this has really impacted me. but i feel so conflicted because of how kind she is. and when I bring up my concerns she seems to somehow talk me out of it and I dont realize until ive left that she completely avoided in. anyway still giving a high raating cuz shes otherwisehelpful I guess

Dr Casey is a god send. Her and her team of crack Dr’s led me through a terrible storm and got me back on track to a normal life. I wasn’t always the best patient but she never gave up on me. Thank you Dr Casey I owe you a lot.

I was lucky enough to be referred to Dr. Casey after a short hospital stay. She is a lovely young woman. She was kind enough to see my daughter when she was having problems with depression. One criticism is that she writes quite detailed reports that go to one's GP, while I would rather my personal details stay in the room where I speak to her. To me, what is said to one's psychiatrist is very personal as long as there is no danger to oneself or others. Also, she seemed to think that I was "invested" in my illness, which I have had for many years. I did very well when I saw her, but when I went back to be followed my GP she had asked my GP to cut back on my antianxiety medication, which has been very difficult, especially when losing emotional support.

I'm lost for words she is truly an angel. She has saved my life. She is so kind and caring and truly cares about her patients. She doesn't push meds and she listens. I have trust issues and I was able to trust her and open up to her about what was going on in my head. I have had her for for the last 4 years and even though I moved away she still kept me on and I would drive to see her. That's how amazing she is. I'm now living a happy healthy life and I never thought I would be where I am today and it's all because of her.

She treated me well during the time that she looked after me on the mental health team. Very friendly personality. Tells gentle jokes to me to reduce my worries. Her smiling face always made my day brighter and she seemed to care a lot.
