Dr. Holtzapfel is a physician who skipped the medical school courses on arrogance and bad manners. He practices medicine with a keen interest in the effectiveness of his work. He listens and explains his conclusions in everyday language. A first class physician.

Dr. Holtzapfel is a very down-to-earth, compassionate physician who really listens to his patients. His staff is friendly, the wait to see the doctor is very reasonable, can often get a same-day appt. for acute issues and he will return phone calls quickly. I can tell he does his research and actually reads my chart before I come to see him as he is aware of what is going on in my health history when he walks into the room. He is easy to talk to, cares a lot about his patients and has empathy for others. It is obvious he does a lot of research on his own & is also open to learning more if you tell him about something you've read/learned. Highly recommended!
