Getting an appointment is awful, mind you it’s gotten a little better with covid however you would have an appointment and they would change it without even notifying you! I started getting them to write my appointment on cards as I had proof I wasn’t missing my appointments, this was at the Milton location.

The Mississauga I didn’t have any problems booking however the wait times were insanely long.

I had multiple ultrasound techs that would make me feel uncomfortable by telling me I was too young to be there (23) and had one u/s tech ask me when I had an abortion as that would be why i was having issues getting pregnant. I had never had one before only miscarriages.

I was put on progesterone 400mg (which my OB said is an extremely high dose to start at) letrozole and the trigger shot,

I had been pregnant 4 times prior to coming, as a 23 year old you’d think there would be no issues.. I never had any troubles getting pregnant, just staying pregnant. I was there for an entire year, without getting pregnant once WITH fertility medications and cycles of IUI.

Just an all over bad experience, wouldn’t recommend

This doctor should pay us a cancellation fee for cancelling our appointment hours before our appointment. It was scheduled about a month ago, they confirmed the appointment 2 days before the said date, we adjusted our schedules for them but in the end they called to cancel the appointment just because he will be attending a very important meeting. A very unprofessional and horrible service from this Doctor and his Staff Connie from Astra Clinic. I would not recommend this Doctor and the clinic to anyone.

Getting an apt takes long, waiting room at least 1.5 hours. This being said discussions with him are never rushed and he takes care to explain things carefully. Had 4 surgeries with him for miscarriages, endometriosis and other concerns. I trust him and feel he is very knowledgeable.
