Dr Mahoney and her staff are AMAZING. I’ve had two procedures done by her and both times I had an exceptional experience. She is so caring towards your needs what makes you happy makes her happy. She really thought out my procedure for my tummy tuck since I’m still young she really thought out scarring and placements the best way possible for me. She’s full of knowledge happily answering any questions I had, which I barely had any because she really walked me through the process and what to expect. Very attentive to after the procedure as well make sure I’m healing and doing what I should be doing to help the process. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend her. My tummy tuck looks absolutely AMAZING I feel like a whole new person because of her and her team. All so supportive and happy for me as well. I feel like I’m her only patient because of how attentive she is to me. Thank you Dr Mahoney and team you really changed my life for the better!

Dr Mahoney is not only an excellent surgeon, but she is also a very caring and compassionate human being. She did my breast reconstruction surgery after a lumpectomy, and I am extremely happy with the results. But most importantly I am extremely happy with the level of care she and her staff provided. This doctor really changed my life, god bless her heart. She is the most skilled, generous and talented surgeon. I am so thankful and lucky to have had the opportunity to get my surgery done by Dr. Mary-Helen Mahoney, and to have had her also do my reconstruction surgery. Truly the most genuine doctor, I cannot thank her enough for all that she's done. She's changed my life, I feel so much more confident and sexy now. She made me look so natural that nobody even noticed I had implants done. I honestly don't even know where to begin...there aren't enough words to describe how absolutely thrilled I am with my experience with Dr. Mahoney.

After many years of deliberating, I finally decided to undergo breast reduction surgery to alleviate my horrible neck and back pain, which I'd experienced for over 25 years. I was nervous about undergoing a surgical procedure, but from my first meeting with Dr. Mahoney, I was blown away by her compassionate & caring nature, confidence, professionalism and incredible skills as a surgeon.
Setting me at ease with her warm demeanor, I felt reassured that my surgery would go off without a hitch.

I was extremely anxious on the day of the surgery, but as soon as I saw Dr. Mahoney, I immediately felt a sense of calm and knew everything would be ok. Dr. Mahoney held my hand while I was being sedated, and even played my favorite disco music to reduce my anxiety. I don't think you can do any better than that!

After the surgery, I felt virtually no pain and any questions I had about the recovery phase were promptly answered by Dr. Mahoney's assistant Noosheen, who is nothing short of incredible. Noosheen was always easy to get in touch with, and I was greeted by her warm and friendly nature every time we spoke. She ensured that I felt heard, and responded to all of my inquiries in a timely manner. Such an amazing person!

I'm a month into recovery, and find myself looking forward to every follow-up appointment just to see Dr. Mahoney & Noosheen. I feel great, my confidence has been boosted (my breasts look unbelievably beautiful), and I already feel relief from my agonizing upper back pain. I wish I had made this decision years ago, and I'm so very happy that I chose Dr. Mahoney to go through my surgery journey with!

I will forever be grateful to Dr. Mahoney. She performed my breast reconstruction when I had a double mastectomy ten weeks ago. She is not only incredibly talented at what she does, but she is the kindest, warmest, most caring person . I feel so lucky to have her as my surgeon. Dr Mary Helen Mahoney is the best doctor I have met. She gave me a breast reduction and from the initial consultation to 6 months post op she has been incredible. She is so personable, comforting and knowledgeable. If any concerns pop up she is very prompt and she just did incredible work with my surgery. On top of her being the best, her assistant Noosheen was so responsive, helpful and friendly! Thank you so much for all you two have done for me in making my life more enjoyable! :)

Thank you very, very much Dr. Mary-Helen Mahoney. I had the lumpectomy and the breast reduction in the same time. There were no problems after surgery at all without any pain.
Dr. Mahoney and Dr. Nancy Down from North York General Hospital are the perfect team. They saved my life. I am very lucky to have them as my surgeons.
