Staff and doctor are all friendly. The hours work well for people with busy schedules.

Dr. Kam had a virtual visit with my mother-in-law online. Although the website stated that she would be charged $50 because she was from out of country when I received the credit card bill it was $100. After 8 months of calls and followup to his call centre, Dr Kam phoned back and said the reason he charged $100 was because the credit card didn't process online so they had to do it manually at extra cost to him. He said he would give me a refund of $25. I asked him why he was nickel and diming me. This guy makes over half a million dollars a year and he's fighting me for $25. Unbelievable! He also said that we waited too long to file a complaint and that was part of the problem. I said that we had tried for eight months to get in contact with him or his staff and nobody would return our calls. This guy is only concerned about money!

Dr. Kam already attended my son and he was so able to put stitches on his chin . Very polite and go directly to the point. with focus on the solution. I already was attended by him and his team twice, every time off hours from other clinics, and they have a very good time attending . He provides right medicament's and always performed very well during returns. A plus to be attended in his clinic is the pharmacy facility open off hours. I'm very happy with his services and knowledge from the latest consultations happened during emergencies.

Dr Kam and his staff at the Onyx clinic are so nice and patient. They're better with my kids than my pediatrician!
