I have been attending Dr Youssef’s practice since 2018 and I cannot praise him enough. He is extremely knowledgeable, takes the time to explain things and has always went above and beyond. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a Dr in the Oakville area to consider Dr Youssef.

Victor used to be my doctor. Given his disrespect for culture and professional practice we are no longer receiving services from him. The tipping point is bad punctuality and constant charges that have to be paid in cash or to personal Gmail account.

wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Appreciate Dr. Youssef, taking time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options. He listens to you very patiently & gives you sufficient time to say your problems. Staff was great, too. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a family doctor.

I was with Dr. Youssef for a long time, since he opened his practice in Ontario. He had a very nice receptionist lady, also from Egypt. When you walked into the practice, you felt the ancient gentle culture. The Dr. did what a practitioner should do, and one cannot expect more in Canada - he was already the best doctor.
But all of a sudden in 2020, as the pandemic got underway, his two nice receptionists both left. Two Indian women came in and his webpage totally changed. He paid no attention to my requests and simply brushed me off. This never happened before. His receptionists abuse patients, and never receive phone calls despite my trying for days in a row because my symptoms needed immediate attention. I was forced to go elsewhere for help.
When I finally got an appointment, the receptionist charged cash for a service - almost double what another clinic charged - and refused to give me a receipt. It was obvious she would put the cash in her pocket. When I reported this to Youssef, by then he was totally under the Indian woman's control and did not want to know what was wrong with his clinic. He did not want to be my doctor, and I could not be his patient anymore.
Nobody should be his patient. I think that now he has a new batch of "patients" (seems like Indians), it is for milking money and benefits from the system.

I met with Dr. Youssef in a walk-in situation (pre-pandemic) with pain in my hand. He was very accomodating and polite. I enjoyed my visit with him as it was stress-free and he reassured me. He is very professional and respectful in his manner of speaking

I've known Dr Youssef for 5+ years, I can definitively say he doesn't care about my health.

He kicked me off his family doctor roster without notice and cancelled my phone appointment which I booked to ask for medical records release and to ask WHY he kicked me off the roster. I booked a full 1 week before the call and he cancelled on me 20 min before the call. I can't even get through to a person, they don't pick up the phone.

I had an accident involving an axe in british columbia. Right when I need my family doctor the most, I cant get in touch with him. I see him 1-2 a year, I am always polite and respectful to the doctor and staff. I have never had any problems with other medical professionals. I get working in healthcare is difficult at times, but this is something else entirely. I think the good doctor cares more about billing OHIP that providing health care to people in need.

Another thing – I told this Dr. I've been feeling depressed lately after my dads had a heart attack 2 years ago and within 5 minutes he prescribes me anti-depressants. I wanted to know about therapy options.

Not a good doctor at all. Rushes you out of his and is busy looking at his watch instead of paying attention to his patients. His hours a bad as wel. Opens late and closes early. Would not recommend at all. The only decent person working at his off is the receptionist Mary. Other than that his office is a waste of space.

We just left Dr. Youssef as our family doctor. He's not a good doctor. He's always in a rush and you can't even talk to him about other medical matters. His mission in his practice I think is more of quantity than quality of service. The more patients you see, the more money you get. He can't be trusted in giving you prescription through fax. You'll probably die of infection before your pharmacy gets his fax.
