Specialist here treats people like crap before they even knew of your status. In my case anyway.
People here ASSUME they know about you and treat you based on their BIASED knowledge of looks and age. Under 25 and have kids ? You must be a welfare bum. Assume i have no coverage. When in fact I work and my whole family has FULL coverage.
They refused to remove more than 1 wisdom tooth at a time saying it wasnt COST EFFICIENT , impacted wisdom tooth + 2 other wisdom teeth left in because the dentist says he cant afford it with the coverage. Sent home with an impacted wisdom tooth, 1 wisdom with carie and 1 still coming, SENT HOME IN PAIN TO CARE FOR 3 CHILDREN.

I had already spoken with my dentist about this specialist and they had to speak with him in order to set things straight. Specialist goes on to rebook appointment and then ONLY upon arrival states he WILL NOT do the work HE AGREED TOO.
This DENTIST ONLY CARES ABOUT MONEY. NOT ABOUT THE PATIENTS PAIN.

We went there about a year ago with our older son and the staff was helpful and friendly and this time with our younger one there were all new faces. Not friendly at all, some of them didn't talk to us at all. Last time the nurse walked us all the way down to our car, this time she just said "hang on to him" and we had to manage on our own down the stairs with my son still dazed after sedation. The place is a dump, elevator does not work and staff is rude.

A very bad experience. Put my kid to sleep without my consent. Yes, I did get my money back for that but that should have never happened. What was he thinking????Something is definitely wrong there.

This clinic is tenable, the office manager is rude. She spouses you out the door still dazed.

The building g has a broken elevator.

Dont bother going g there, save your money and go elsewhere.

Great surgeon! I had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted 2 weeks ago. I was very nervous, but Dr Kanoza was very helpful in dispelling my fears during the consultation visit. On the day of the surgery, I arrived on time and was immediately taken to the operating room. The staff were friendly and the doctor had a good sense of humor, making me even more at easy.

Once the IV was in, I decided to just close my eyes. I was day-dreaming, and then the nurse asked me to wake up. Couldn't have imagined the procedure to be any smoother. Once I got home, I realized I didn't even need to take painkillers, as there was no pain. No pain, no bruising, just a little swelling. I was eating soft-solid foods in 2 days, and a week later was back to completely normal. I would recommend Dr Kanoza to anyone.

Really good oral surgeon, super friendly and funny. Makes you feel less nervous

Dr. Kanoza was on time, very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the procedure and made me feel comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful as well. I had two wisdom teeth roots extracted with minimum pain. I would recommend Dr. Kanoza to my friends.
