I find it depends on what your child is referred for, both of my kids were referred to her however only took my child who had already been diagnosed and treated yrs before seeing her, all she has to do with him is renew his prescription and order bloodworki (any paediatrician and doctor can do) taking him on was easy work. Where my youngest who required work, really needed her help, testing, diagnosed and treated (being the one child she was specifically chosen for) is the one child she hands down refuses to accept therefore he was my 1 child refuses by her. Medical issues she is ok with, however mental and or behavioural issues she will refuse. I feel she took the easy child on and refused the one who required actual work and needs serious help. Also when she did renew my sons prescription(for the first time) it took her 6mths to fax the prescription to the drugstore,, I actually had to call and ask them to fax it once he was out she failed to do so

Very unhelpful Doctor, was too busy flirting and making eyes at my girlfriend instead of examining my very sick son, it was embarrassing and unprofessional, I will never see her again even if she was the last Doctor ( if she really is a doctor) in the world

Dr Ouellette is the only doctor that has ever called me to see how my child is doing after a visit. She actually took the time to support us with a follow-up phone call. She is amazing!!

Dr Ouellette is my son's pediatrician. She is do good with him. Dr. Messenger is my daughters pediatrician- so I am in there alot. I love both doctors. The people putting 1 stars for her are always the ones who are problem starters. I have been there and saw first hand how terrible people are to the receptionists, when they are nothing but helpful. If you are complaining about the doctor or receptionist in this office, you are the problem because she goes above and beyond for her patients. It's even on her voicemail to be kind. I feel bad that they have to go through the harassment from rude parents. 5 stars from me !.

I have never had an issue with her - she is so kind and helpful. Her wait list was long to get in for adhd, but it wasn't until after speaking to the admin (who is also lovely) and she clarified its because Dr. Ouellette is getting so many referrals for adhd-that its hard for her to keep up-its like this everywhere!! , and that medical conditions always take priority to something like adhd. I totally understand this! Anyway - nothing but good things to say about this doctor. One of the best I've come across!

I only gave a 1 because it was required. Never expect this doctor to be there for your child in times of need or answer your calls. She is one of the most incompetent and worst doctors we have encountered in this country.
