It really pains me to write this review because Manijeh came highly recommended by a good friend of ours. We had Manijeh for our first pregnancy and it was a sincerely awful experience from the beginning. Every question I had was met with disregard and undervalue. Every issue I had was “normal” and she told me not to worry. I ended up giving birth at 34 weeks (barely)via emergency c section because of her overlooking my medical issues. Then my postpartum care was equally disappointing. Never once did she help with breastfeeding, was not there for me emotionally after my baby was in the NICU for two weeks and she even forgot my child’s name at our last appointment. Her professionalism during my care was truly such a let down. Looking back, I fully realize I could have switch providers and I really wish I did. I ended up with a wonderful OB at the very end of my pregnancy once I demanded I see one because of extreme pain in my chest and high blood pressure that I was uncomfortable with.

I know there are many, MANY amazing reviews on Manijeh and I truly wish we could have had that experience. It seems that if you have a “normal” pregnancy, she is wonderful. Once any complications arise, I would suggest getting your care elsewhere.

Manijeh has been with me for all 3 births and 2 miscarriages. She is absolutely phenomenal and has become such an important part of our lives! I cannot imagine my pregnancies and babies without her. She is so kind, so loving and always goes above and beyond to ensure all my babies are well taken care of and come into this world the safest way possible.😍 My births & recoveries have always been really good and I owe it all to her!! I can’t believe it’s been 7 years since Manijeh first came into our lives! I’m so sad that our prenatal visits are over now,, but I look forward to a lifelong friendship with this incredible woman! 💕💕💕

Dr.Manijeh is such a great friend, a great advisor before a midwife. Manijeh is of a character that is hard to come by. I had been so well treated by her with such care and professional service that made my pregnancy pleasant and comforting. She doesn’t waste your time, gets the job done precisely/accurately and answers the million questions you have as a new mother and really TALKS to you. My labor was a bit crazy and I really dodged a bullet, thanks to my dear friend Manijeh I avoided getting a C sec which she fought so hard against! She was so calm and patient and most importantly communicative with me throughout the labor. She brought out the strength and a Mother’s instinct in me even in the most stressful hour and I am still amazed how I endured the labor. I don’t know how I could’ve done it without her. She continued to Follow up and examined me and the baby for a 6-7weeks and visited me, guiding me with all the essential know-hows and all the tricks I needed to know. I’m so thankful we met and any mothers looking for a midwife should most definitely see her, I can offer only the highest recommendation for this sweet, caring and professional midwife, Manijeh.

Manijeh made my pregnancy and birthing experience a breeze! She's very professional and knowledgeable and cares about her patients she made prompt referrals when needed, answered all the many questions I had and calmed whatever fears I had. Being a first time mum I totally got the midwife experience I desired and more. I'm so looking forward to having my second baby with her!!! I totally recomend her. Thanks a lot Manijeh!

Too bad there is no option of giving zero stars. One star seem to be too much for this "midwife". She is so unqualified that one wonders how she managed to get a licence. If you happen to have some problems with your pregnancy she won't recognize it and send you to real doctor, she will wait forever until it's too late to do anything. Avoid her at all costs.

I had two wonderful experiences with Manijeh. She was extremely knowledgeable and always made me feel like I was in the best of hands and very well cared for. She was supportive during both my pregnancies, deliveries and post partum care. By the end of our time with her, both my husband and I felt she was more family than midwife.

Manejh was very knowledgeable. However she had horrible bedside manner. She definitely did not give me the midwife experience that I was hoping for. I will not be using her for my next pregnancy. She was very impatient with me PP and I was so happy when my 6 week PP check up happened, because it mean I didn't have to see her again.

Manijeh gave me the birth I have always wanted and she was a great support. I would recommend her as she is competent and knowledgable.
