I've been a patient of Dr. Ko's for ten years. Always received fantastic care, until they bungled my prescriptions before I moved out of province. The receptionist was outlandishly rude when I called to inquire why my prescription refill had not been called in. Ended up in a new province without a doctor and none of my medications.

I feel so grateful to have found Spadina Health Centre and particularly Dr. Ko. She is so patient and thorough, will always listen to any concerns and offer up balanced solutions. She is always on time, it's easy to get an appointment with short notice (often same day if urgent) and lab work is done onsite (she will personally call with your results within a day or two). This staff and doctor set the standard for what family physician care should look like.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ko's for approximately seven years and am so thankful for the day I was accepted into her practice. I have never had to wait to see her - she is always timely. In fact, she is sometimes EARLY (when does that happen with doctors?) She is kind and patient. She listens to all my issues and genuinely seems to care. She has seen me through a rough few years and I am so thankful for her patience, understanding and expertise.

Love Spadina Health Centre generally (have been a patient here for 30 years), and Dr Ko in particular. She's a wonderful doctor, very direct and hands-on. Listens carefully and patiently. Will see you on short notice, and we have never been kept waiting. We are very lucky to have SHC and Dr Ko!

Dr. Ko is fantastic! She is very caring, her awesome bedside manners and really listens to you. She never rushes you and she is never late. The reception girls are also fantastic. I am very lucky to have found such great doctor!!
