Dr. Jeffrey North is a phenomenal doctor, he listens to the patient, doesn’t brush you off. He did a full examination on my bulging disc pain. He administered trigger point injections to help alleviate the pain. I was in and out of the Lehigh Valley Hospital the neurosurgeon never examined me the way Dr. Jeffrey North did, never offered pain meds, nor trigger point injections. If I require any additional surgery it will be at Einstein Moss and not the Lehigh Valley.

Dr north is one of the best Dr. I have ever been to, across all the specialties. He takes time to listen and explain every detail about your condition, what he is giving you to help and so forth. He takes his time and really interacts with his patients, he listens, as well as gives advice. I like that, not many DR. know how to listen and respond to a patient these days. Many just hear,but don't listen. As a patient I like A Dr. in which I can interact with on a level which is not condescending. After all, it is my body and who knows it better than me? I love his staff too, they are friendly and highly qualified, and very responsible.Special thanks to Anne and Karen, Bustleton Ave, office. I've never had to wait any longer than 15 min. to get in to see Dr. North.I highly recommend Dr.North, Moss Rehab. They just don't 'make' Dr. like him anymore.

Missed my diagnosis.He has an intern do new patient evaluations rather than himself. Not good at responding to patient questions or concerns. Very superior attitude.
