Dr. Springhart not only answered all my questions but took time to show me things on my catscan that thoroughly showed the troublesome areas. He was not in a hurry and genuinely cared about me. He encouraged me to get a 2nd opinion and I knew he meant it.

I was an international student-athlete in Clemson University and at the end of my junior year I found out that I have hydronephrosis due to my narrow ureter. I have seen at least 4 doctors and nobody can beat Doctor Springhart! I never felt like I was away from my family when he was around me. Even during my tense moments before the surgeries, he made me laugh and he cares the same about ALL of his patients. He is so funny, he sees even the smallest changes on you - like the hair color - , he explains you everythign about your surgery or your current healt - even if you ask 5 times -. I LOVE YOU DOCTOR SPRINGHART!

GREAT urologist technically. But even better because he is knowledgeable, caring, and has the best sense of humor. I have been a nurse for 24 years and know a lot of physicians. Dr Springhart stands out for all the best reasons!
