The most rude, pontificating, condescending, loud, obnoxious egoist I have ever had the displeasure to encounter. He treats nurses and sometimes doctors with absolute contempt. I am glad to be rid of him. He did nothing to help. He was beyond useless. Another doctor had to fix his supposed work. Stay far far away from this guy. He's not fit to be called doctor.

I do not how he does it, Him & his team. It is like Orchestra playing Angele music. To setup something like that requires talent, proficiency, dedication and discipline. Had multiple visits for multiple purposes ending with surgery over a period of two years.

I saw Dr Feifer for my prostate cancer, he is a superb urologist with excellent bedisde manner and top notch skills in the operating room. My family and I are very grateful

Dr. Feifer did a cystoscopy for me yesterday. Despite having many patients, and being called away to the ER urgently, he stayed positive and apologized for the delay. His talk to me before the procedure impressed me most, reassuring me that my safety and comfort were his number one priority. He explained every step of the procedure as he did it, and made it as comfortable as possible. So grateful for his care and his excitement to report that my bladder was completely healthy.

My parents & I have never met such a rude and condescending doctor. Absolutely ZERO bedside manners. Everyone else we have dealt with on the oncology team has been incredible, Dr Feifer is only interested in hearing himself talk. We were not allowed to ask any questions. Go to someone else.

I came on to this forum to write a positive message about Dr Feifer. This message, however, is in response to the comment below this. I was in the clinic yesterday with Dr. Feifer and saw how hard he was working with complex patients. While Dr. Feifer dealt with many patients with many ailments, he was running around, and everyone left happy and smiling. Everyone. He obviously was doing his best. The person who wrote about the phone call obviously has no conception of how busy Dr Feifer is and should have some compassion for skilled and overworked healthcare providers like Dr. Feifer. Shameful comments.

My wife and I met Dr. Feifer for the first time in mid-2018. My wife was diagnosed with kidney cancer and one kidney had to be removed. My wife’s GP fortunately referred her to Dr. Feifer which has turned out to be a true blessing. Dr. Feifer removed the kidney and the following day my wife walked out of the hospital – amazing. My wife would go for regular cystoscopies and all was good. In December of 2020 she had a usual cystoscopy and all was well. In June of 2021 she had another 6 month cystoscopy and there was a tumour in her bladder. Fortunately it was in an early stage and after a TURBT my wife underwent 6 BCG treatments in the winter of 2021 and then the same procedure in the summer of 2022. A cystoscopy in the fall of 2022 showed good results so now she is on “maintenance” – here’s hoping. Needless to say we owe Dr. Feifer our deepest gratitude for his skill and caring.

Dr. Fifer saved my bladder. The urologist from Pembroke was scheduling me to have my bladder removed in Ottawa due to an aggressive cancer but because I had no family there so I had to have it done in Mississauga. Dr. Fifer disagreed with the doctor's decision and I still have my bladder. I shudder to think how many people have lost their bladder needlessly because of Dr. Murray. Dr. Fifer was a godsend!
