Prior to being seen by Dr Carnat today, I had read on the reviews and knew I was in good hands! I have no words to express what an amazing doctor he is! He puts you at ease, is very knowledgeable and patient and answers all your questions in a very clear and concise manner. I'm usually very nervous before being seen by a doctor but there is something about him that puts you at ease right away!. I can go on and on about him but suffice to say, he's the BEST!

My father was recently seen by Dr. Carnat. He told me that the doctor was kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and friendly. What a change from his previous urologist!

It is rear to find a doctor who behaves like a doctor: helpful, good communicator, understanding, that carries himself with a confidence that is contagious. And of course: Good at his craft.

I had an emergency visit on a Saturday night which resulted in needing emergency surgery, Dr. Carnat was called in on Sunday morning to preform the surgery. After seeing the CT scan I realized he not only saved my kidney but my life , really. I came out of the surgery feeling much better than when I went to the hospital, it is obvious to me that he not only completed then nessissary surgery but took care to make the post op recovery as comfortable as possible for me , I have had multiple kidney problems and surgery in the past including prostate cancer, I wish I had met Dr. Carnat sooner .

I have been patient of dr. Carnat for over 5 years. From first visit to post-surgery he gave me first class treatment. He is an excellent doctor and wonderful human being. He has presented different options to my prostate problems, and took time to explain them.
His support staff, receptionist Debbie , has always been very supportive of my needs. One day, shortly after surgery I was in trouble, called office and she took care of everything. Thank you Debbie. Without any hesitation I would recommend dr. Carnat to anyone.

If you have the misfortune of needing surgery for BPH, there is good news for you if you are a patient of Dr. Carnat. I am a patient of Dr. Carnat and required surgical treatment for my BPH. After careful consideration of the options presented to me, I chose the Rezum treatment. From my first consultation with Dr. Carnat through to surgery and post surgery, he has been very clear about what is causing my prostate issues and what could be done to address the problem. I have had a very good outcome from his care and expertise which has considerably improved my quality of life. Dr Carnat just recently, on Oct 6 , performed an 8 hr procedure on my husband for bladder. 8 hours in surgery - He took a 30 minute break and the called me, his anxiously waiting and concerned wife and spent another 30-45 minutes with me answering every question I had and did not let me end the call until I had time to think about all the questions I needed answered . Prior to the surgery he spent at good hour with my husband and I explaining all our options and the pro’s and con’s of each - he did everything in his power to make sure we had all the information we needed to make an educated decision.
We are grateful for GREAT SURGEONS like Dr Carnat and Thankyou Dr Gagnone for the amazing referral. And as far as his staff - Debbie also spent about 20 minutes on a call with us - and made sure she found a way to answer our questions as well as have us crack a laugh or two under very difficult times -! Thank you all so much - for all those that have to complain about the length of time and all this other stuff - remember these are doctors - they are not Gods - They are doing their best under very difficult circumstances - THANK YOU COVID! Their number one priority is saving LIVES ! And for that I am grateful

My experience with this Urologist is he didn't speak normally with me, the rudness is the first thing I heard from his mouth during my two visits to him.

Dr. Toby Carnat is great but he needs to get rid of his receptionist. I have left repeated messages and she just does not call back. My family doctor sent referral and stil she does not call back
