We recently meet Dr. Mackey for the first time. Our school aged child has attention issues and been labelled ADD. Dr. Mackey has a strong knowledge in this area. She spent ample time with us. Listened intently to both us the parents and our child. How she communicated with our child was amazing. She offered many options and resources to help, never suggesting medication as the first solution. She boosted our child's self confidence tremendously. She reassured us that her door was always open. She is knowledgeable, sincere, gentle and open minded. The staff are excellent as well! A very refreshing medical doctor experience!

Dr. Mackey is wonderful! My daughter has had stomach issues for the past 5 years. We have seen multiple doctors, 2 Pediatric Gastroentologist, an allergist, a dietician, and have made several trips to the ER, once she was admitted to the hospital for a particular bad episode. All the other doctors wanted to tell me that my daughter was just constipated or she had an allergy to a certain food. Both specialist told me it was "Functional Abdominal pain." I was referred to the Byron Clunic and ended up seeing Dr. Mackey. Within 15mins of actually listening to me she had an idea of what it potential was. She ordered more in depth testing then all the other doctors combined. The second test showed it was exactly what she thought it was a malrotation of the intestines, which is quite rare but can have very serious consequences. So after 5 years we now have answers and it's all thanks to Dr. Mackey:)
I also want to say that the ladies at the Byron Clinic are fantastic as well. It took a while to get one of our referral appts the one for an X-ray test (the one that actually showed the malrotation) and when they realized I had yet to get an appt they called and had me scheduled the very next week! Plus when the results came back they put in an urgent referral to the surgeon and had an appt booked in under two weeks.
I am 100% impressed with Dr. Mackey and her staff and recommend them to anyone looking for a paediatrician. Too bad she doesn't take adult patients!

My daughter has been experiencing cold hands and feet since she was a baby she is now 2 1/2 we were sent to Dr Mackey to see if she could figure it out. she was amazing she listened to me and was excellent with my daughter. she didn't have the answers but wasn't afraid to investigate it she ordered blood work on my daughter and even consulted with a fellow Dr friend to see what they thought. blood work basically came back normal so we are still investigating the problem that being said i think Dr Mackey is the best peds dr in London and have told my friends with children to go see her if they need answers cause shes not afraid to do some dirty work :) thank you Dr Mackey your amazing

I think she is great. It's too bad she is not a private practice doctor, and only does walk-in patients. She admits when she doesn't know or understand something and searches for answers and follows through. She takes the time to listen to you, and helps you in any way possible. Open and honest, great personality, empathetic and thorough. I just really wish she could be my sons' primary physician.

Dr. Mackey is a wonderful doctor!! She has seen my young daughter and son..very patient will not stop until she knows what's wrong!! Staff is very kind, the young blonde who seems to work everyday of the week is always patient and kind with everyone who walks into the clinic..will not hesitate to bring out a movie for the kids. wait times are kinda of random, sometimes its 2 mins sometimes 45 mins. but dr.mackey takes her time IF needed! LOVE having her in London!

I have taken my grandchildren here on several occasions. She is very professional and thorough. She speaks to the child and sincerely cares about them. She even called us after to be sure we were on the mend. I have never had a doctor do that in my life. We are so lucky to have her in London.
