Dr. Jamali is a great professional. She is very prepared, gentle and caring. I love the way she treats the kids and their parents. She is calm, patient and always has a warm smile for everyone. Dr. Jamali would call and ask me how my child is doing when he is really sick. Her staff is also very welcoming and prepared. I never waited more than 10 min. They make you feel comfortable and cared. I would recommend Dr. Jamali and her clinic to all my family and friends. Great experience, very nice people, highly prepared healthcare workers.

I'm very sorry for her bad behavior. I thought the doctor have a good knowledge. But I was wrong. My son has severe allergies and had his eyes intense itching. Doctor prescribed some medication over counter. None of those drugs are not good for my kid. When I found the right drug from insurance and asked doctor to prescribe it, she spoke with aggression which I was not expected. Also, pharmacist in CVS was able to hear her voice over the phone. She yelled at me because I called her to send the right prescription. She did a mistake and sent another over counter eye drop. I thought it is her duty to find out and care about her client at any time. Even, she charged me $100 for medical record.
