After dealing with his media adviser, struggling to understand exactly what he wanted, and not receiving all of the information he promised, I have to say I am very unimpressed. A formal complaint to his chief of staff was basically ignored, even after I phoned to follow up several weeks later. I have since heard he is not standing for reelection and am relieved I won't have to deal with his arrogant staff again. I do not have any issue with the doctor himself, he just does not have very good support staff.
