Dr. Bhalla seemed to be a quality doctor with good bedside manor. However, he should have referred us to a lung specialize center or at least told us that their clinic did not have anything other than basic treatment for the type of lung cancer that my husband had. After 2 failed chemo drugs we were told by an assistant that we could "look on line" to try and find a clinical trial. They would not give us any recommendations or referrals. When I called to get records sent I was told it would be "a few days" before they could get those sent out. I can no longer recommend this treatment center. Please try another center.

Unfortunately, we visited Dr. Bhalla after being told in Canada my husband had lung cancer. We left Canada urgently with only a CD of the findings in image format. Canada had my husband scheduled for radiation treatments. We told this to. DR. Bhalla. We also explained it would probably take a very long time to get records. Our 1st visit was on January 2 2015. We followed his orders and had a PET SCAN & SONIGRAM. ON THE NEXT VISIT DR. BHALLA TOLD US MY HUSBAND DID NOT HAVE CANCER. On April 1st 2015 Dr. BHALLA asked my husband to translate the record stating he had cancer. This Dr. Should have done his job better. Knowing what we told him he should have been more aggressive and followed up with his own biopsy and treatment plan. He did not do everything he could to rule out cancer. Now 5 months after my husband was diagnosed, when we asked why he did not believe us and why he waitedso long, his response was "you do need a biopsy and to see an oncologist, then walked away. Please try to find another Oncologist, not Dr. BHALLA. HE was disrespectful to our internist and never sent records she had requested. He said she was too involved with her patients, called her stupid and hung up on her. This man has no humility and should not be practicing medicine.

Compassionate and thorough. The office staff is organized and friendly and treat you like a human being not a number.

Positive and encouraging and knows what he is doing. Makes me feel confident I am in good hands and the nurses are great.
