My experience with Dr. Yiu at Archer Dental Little Italy was by far the best I've ever had with a dentist. Dr. Yiu is patient, empathetic and highly competent. He listens to and address your concerns, and explains to you his diagnosis/treatments in a very analytic and methodical manner so you understand everything. His temperament is also very conducive to avoiding panic or nervousness during procedures--he's very calm and comforting. His staff is also highly competent and give great customer service. Would highly recommend, especially to those who are nervous about going to the dentist.

I am so happy to have Dr. Grant as a dentist. At first, he is very competent. I like his human and analytical approach for his diagnosis. I appreciate the fact that he took the time to introduce me to his methodology steps and options for treatment. As a designer, I love the design of their offices, it's definitely a huge plus for me. And finally the warm welcome and service of all the staff: it gives an exponential customer experience!

Very high level of knowledge/intelligence and technical/practical skill. I had a very noticeable 20+ year old bridge that had un-natural tooth shape(s), sizing and colouring. I was prepared to pursue an implant, ortho and veneers to get my smile back.
After several consultations and temporary bridge evaluations we landed on the most conservative(min$) approach that I am very pleased with...and I’m known as the ultimate fuss/ass...engineer. Sister recently said - “ forgot how perfect your teeth are”.....forgetting that had my whole upper front knocked out by a puck years ago!

I recently had some major dental work done here, and all worked well. Dr. Grant Yiu is an amazing dentist. Not only does he have many years of experience, but he also has the most gentle touch I've ever encountered in a dental office.

I have been a patient of Dr. Yiu from my time in TO and then Calgary. Seen different doctors in my life but no one as good as this doctor to the extent that I travel across the country to get my dental work done by him.

Very bad experience with Dr Yiu - he did not take the time to educate me on my health/wellness and made my entire visit feel very rushed.

He was incredibly short with the staff, which made me feel weary about the type of dentist I was seeing.

Dr. Yiu is outstanding. He explains what needs to be done, time it will take and what the process is. He would be very good treating kids, teens, parents and seniors. He has a good sense of humour, is very patient, highly skilled, and, as a bonus, knows his music!

I have never felt so comfortable going to see a dentist. Dr. Yiu is amazing. He's friendly, knowledgeable and gentle. His staff are by far the best. You are greeted with a smile as soon as you walk in and I have never waited longer than 5 minutes before being called in. Everyone working there is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I have been suffering with gingivitis ever since I can remember and Mary fixed my gums in 2 sessions. She was so concearned about the condition of my gums and did not give up until she fixed them. No one else has cared enough to help me get a healthy smile in 27 years. I HIGHLY recommend this office.
