In 2021, during the COVID pandemic, our family's dentist of many years decided to retire, and I needed to search for someone new. The selection of a dentist is essential to me because it affects my family's health, comfort, and finances. After careful consideration, my husband and I began seeing Dr. Izabela Olczyk last summer, and our overall experience has been highly positive. The quality and level of care are excellent, and the office staff is accommodating with treatment plan options and insurance filing. Dr. Olczyk's office is relaxing, beautiful, and state-of-the-art. Lakeshore Dental. Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry Center has met and exceeded my high expectations for quality dental care by expert and caring professionals.

Outstanding Dental Office! I cannot express how much I appreciate the professionalism and service I received from Dr. Olczyk and her team. After getting my two front teeth broken in half from a hockey incident I immediately called Lakeshore Dental. Within 10 mins I was in Dr. Izabela’s chair getting my upper lip stitched up and a plan set in place to fix my teeth. During the time between my appointments, I received calls and emails from the secretary staff checking up on me and asking if I had any pain. I am looking forward to my next visit in 2 weeks' time to get a permanent Veneer.

I had absolutely no idea what to expect when I broke my front tooth. I figured I would get a post and crown but found out it was broken too high above the gum line, so I needed an implant. Dr. Olczyk cleaned everything out and installed the implant in about an hour. Completely pain-free, as were all the follow-ups with Dr. Jonathan, who is fantastic. That was almost three months ago. Today was the X-ray to see if the bone healed around the implant, and it was perfect. Next, I go to my dentist to get the permanent crown. Dr. Olczyk and everyone at Lakeshore Dental did a great job, and I would absolutely recommend them!

I like to have my incisors removed and have a tooth implant. First, I go to a periodontist, then my friend recommended Dr. Olczyk. I am happy that I went to her Lakeshore Dental practice for a consultation. Right at the first visit, I really liked her and the friendly office staff. Dr. Olczyk is very exceptional. She is very courteous, very knowledgeable. She clearly explained the procedure, the proposal, and was very honest. Dr. Olczyk did the implant for me very smoothly without pain.
I will recommend Dr.Olczyk for a tooth implant or any dental work to all my family and friends.

I can't say enough good things about this place! Everyone in the office is friendly, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Anxiety kept me away from a dentist for years, so I read reviews and chose this location when I required a root canal. Now I've been going for over a year and couldn't be more satisfied with their care and service. I've recommended them to family/friends and will continue to do so. Ashley, my hygienist, has done a fantastic job on my deep cleaning. My gums and teeth look better than they have in years! As always, the office is super clean, and they are following all of the COVID-19 guidelines to keep everyone as safe as possible.

What a different type of dental office in our neighborhood - modern and over the top friendly and kind. As someone who is frightened by seeing the dentist, I found they quickly instilled trust that they knew what they were doing and that I would found a new dental office. Dr. Izabela was terrific at explaining the situation. During the procedure, her assistant went out of their way to have me comfortable and provided a blanket, earplugs, and a sleeping mask. Amazing! Pain-free visit !

I had issues with a crown placed years ago with it being discolored and undeniable being that it was my front tooth. I went to this office and met with the excellent staff members who all were very passionate about me getting the smile I desired. Now I'm all finished, and my smile is the smile I've always wanted!

I was always doubtful of fixing my teeth because it just felt scary until I came across Dr. Izabela. She was so knowledgeable about the whole process and went over my options as far as Invisalign and Veneers. She showed me a lot of B&A that was very close to my situation, and I saw the improvements and her sample work. I got 10 veneers on my top teeth and zoom whitening on my bottom teeth. The whole process took around two weeks. You should avoid any hard food during those two weeks, and I didn't, and that's how I broke one of the temps. But she fixed the temp the next day, and I was OK for the rest of them for 2 weeks. My results were so natural and life-changing. I can't thank Lakeshore Dental enough for their artistic work on my smile. I can't stop smiling since I got these veneers. Thank you for making the world a kinder and happier place for your patients. You are a genuinely dental artist.

Dr. Olczyk and her staff are the most accommodating, and amazing people you will come across. From Ashley at the front desk to the entire dental team, they all take pride in their careers and go the extra mile to make sure they got it right. Dr. Izabela has gone above and beyond with a very long and complicated case with my front teeth. I broke many temporary veneers, called her office at the weirdest hours, and have needed to be seen in the most interesting of circumstances. It's great to go to a dentist that you like, that you trust and who stands behind their work. Their outcomes are amazing; see for yourself. As shy and self-conscience as we all can be with our smiles, it's essential to go to a dentist's office where you feel welcome, judgment goes out the window, and your best interests are indeed at the forefront.
