Dr Hennessy was fabulous! She administered Botox for my bladder! I was so happy with the results and am waiting for my next session!
Dr Hennessy has the worst phone system in order get through to her! I’m certain the front office controls access to all the doctors however I do not want to look for answers on the website!

Dr. Hennessey finally had to admit to me she knows very little about male urogenital/sexual issues and passed me onto another Urologist. On our singular in person appointment she was rushed. Failed to do an adequate assessment, did not listen to my questions or concerns. I rate her an absolute fail. Her report after my appointment had two glaring errors. Be careful if you get her as a doctor.

As a 85-year old patient, I have consulted three urologists for my bladder and enlarged prostate, Dr. Karia Hennessey is my preference, due to my best satisfaction with her handling my case.

Getting around to get an appointment with this doctor is near impossible!
I was booked into a surgery where I needed more info before but could not get that appointment before thus forcing me to cancel the surgery. I also feel that I did not get full disclosure of the risks, and side effect of the surgery, nor did I get other alternatives presented to me. I know that my rating is based on the current circumstances where she is not back from maternity leave but some understanding by the admin staff would have been appreciated.

Indeed excellent doctor, caring and very knowledgeable. Pointed out the possible risk of the operation. I got operated during the pandemic ! Stayed for 3 days in Richmond B.C. hospital and she visited me every morning to answer any possible questions ! The office staff is busy working and that’s for me more important than being friendly. I recommend this no-nonsense doctor to everybody ! Thanks again. My tumor got removed ...

Excellent doctor. Caring, listening and doing whatever is needed to find the best possible solution. Even during a pandemic I experienced best care and didn’t feel lost. I needed a surgery that was performed with excellent results. Dr. Hennessey is clear with the risks and points out where there might be issues or the results may not be perfect. It’s good to know that in advance not having false hopes. I would go there anytime again.
