I got lost finding her office and arrived late for my appointment. The staff would not consider that I had driven 1 1/2 hours for an appointment and had been given inaccurate information on where the office was. I offered to sit and wait for a break since my appointment was just a scheduling appointment for a procedure. I asked to ask the doctor or PA. They said they did which was not true. They were totally unhelpful.
I would rate the outside staff "-1"---terrible! I encourage a patient to be aware of this.

Very nice doctor easy to talk to🌺 she explained to me she would recommend a dairy free diet for one month. I said I will do that and hope that will help with my frequent bathroom calls. She also said she wants to do a colonoscopy and endoscopy. That was on a Wednesday and the next day I picked up my prep at Walgreens. On Friday I had the both procedures at the North Collier Hospital. I feel she took a pro active move to see how she can help me with my problem🌺

My appointment was at 10:30. I arrived early. I sat in the lobby until at least 11:30. Checked with the staff and they finally put me in a room at 12:00. I waited until 12:30. I saw Dr Valdez in the next room with the door open so I glanced at her from the hallway. She came out, seemed very tense, and stated: I'm not done yet so if you want to make another appointment you can. This patient was called in from the lobby at 11:00 a.m.. I decided to leave and was going down the hall toward the reception desk when she called me back and told me she was about done. I came back told her that I waited over 2 hours to tell her that I have no problems. I understand from other people that doctors at Physicians Regional are being double booked. Whatever the issue is, I am done being told I have to be there 15 minutes early and then sitting there waiting for a doctor for at least 30 45 minutes every time I go. My neurologist, Dr John Wilson, left this past year and he was the only one who was always on time.
