I just had my first visit. I suffer with spontaneous chronic Urticaria. She was very helpful and got me back on an antihistamine that's covered. I was seeing an Immunologist in Toronto who never suggested it. I am thankful she took me on as a patient.

Dr Tsai has seen me several times. She is highly knowledgeable, makes sure you understand the treatment protocols. Keeps excellent records and remembers her patients’s allergic history. I would trust her completely.

She’s also friendly and personable. A great doctor.

1 year ago I began the uncharted (by me) journey of weird sometimes severe allergic reactions. It was a scary time for myself and my family. The whole team worked well to help me from booking and reminding me of my appointments to my actual appointment. Joanne and Dr Tsai helped me get answers I needed and a workable treatment plan. They answered every question I had with clear knowledge of these disease processes. They obvious love all things related to this job, and it shows in their skill and care with their clients. Highly recommend Dr Tsai and her amazing team!

I have been coming to this office for a few years now. It's a friendly casual place and Dr. Tsai is very knowledgeable and caring . I really miss the previous nurse Sarah . She was knowledgeable and friendly, making you feel completely at ease. The new nurse Joanne is unprofessional at times. My poor arms are complaining about the injection technique being used and we will have to find a solution to this soon.

I was surprised in the change in staff. The whole office has changed! Dr. Tsai is still very knowledgable as always but the new nurse is not as helpful as the last one. I'm still happy to have Dr. Tsai as my doctor!

I cannot say enough about Dr. Tsai and her team. I have seen another Allergist in Kingston and was heartbroken to think this was the best it was going to get. Until I met Ellie! My kids love her and I know I will get direct answers to my many questions. Kudos!! Keep up the amazing things you do!

I have recommended Dr Tsai to friends. She is knowledgeable and approachable. My daughter normally just sees Sarah, the nurse - but we know Dr Tsai is available if we ever need her. Both the receptionist and the nurse are extremely pleasant and helpful. The appointments have always been on time too. I can't think of anything negative at all. Dr Tsai's office is a great place to go!
