I and my partner have seen Dr. Landolt for many years for multiple skin conditions including cancer on my face. She is very knowledgeable and attentive, quick and effective, and gives right diagnosis at a glance even for a very rare skin conditions. She always recommends when to see her next time and also see me on short notice if my condition became critical and I need her urgent help, despite of the fact that she is always very busy and her schedule is always full. Dr. Landolt is constantly very aware of all new research and effectively applies this knowledge to treatment. She spends time for making connections in Pharma industry in order to provide her patients with promotions to help on payments for the drugs.
I'm very grateful to Dr. Landolt for the excellent care that she provides me with for many years!

May be knowledgeable but not in the least bit personable or approachable. Did not want me to ask any questions!

I have been seeing Dr. Landolt for 14 years. I have suffered with acne my whole life and had seen so many dermatologists and clinics and have tried so many prescriptions and regimens. She is the only doctor who has helped me get my adult acne under control. She may come across as being uncaring or abrupt, but once you get to know her, you realize that she is human and caring.

I saw Dr Landolt for some skin tags and she did a full skin check as a new patient and found a very early melanoma. That has been taken care of now . I didn’t feel at all rushed to be honest, just grateful to have been seen and had my cancer diagnosed before it became a serious problem.

I’ve been going to Dr Landot for about 10 years. I believe she is knowledgeable in her field. Plain and simple she is very moody. I do find that to be big character flaw in dealing with patients. When she gave me a prescription she wasn’t thoughtful in writing the correct code so I wouldn’t have to pay for it since I’m over 65.

Dr. Landolt was the first dermatologist that I liked after all these years of having psoriasis. I had such bad experiences with my previous dermatologists and even the dermatology clinics! She examined my body very carefully, listened to my concerns and explained the therapy options. She was very thorough, knowledgeable and did everything precisely. I definitely would continue seeing her and looking forward to get great results .

Rude, abrupt, disinterested, the least personable doctor I have seen in years.

I have been seeing Dr. Landolt for 13 years. She is the only one who was able to treat my "adult" acne with success. I had gone to so many other dermatologists and clinics over the years ever since I was a teenager. She is very knowledgable and understanding. I always find her very friendly and caring. She answers all my questions patiently with respect to my acne and also other issues which have "popped up". Thank you Dr. Landolt for being my doctor!

Here's my general assessment, based on my one appointment, and I will not be asking for her again should I need to go back to a dermatologist.
-I waited a long time from booking to actual appointment date, and it was not worth the wait
-She hardly assessed the area, just glanced
-When I asked for a repetition to ensure I understood her advice, she looked at me repeatedly, dismissively, and said, "Yes, that's what it says in the notes I just wrote you"
-She kept me waiting for 20+ minutes, and yet when she came in eventually, she was abrupt and dismissive like I was wasting her time
-This doctor also appeared to me be vain, telling repeatedly of her age and what her own skin regime has been over the past 20 years which has made her look so youthful (her words)... that's commendable, but not necessarily required, as it gives the perception of elevated vanity to a patient who already sees her as an 'expert' by virtue of the professional designation of being a licensed doctor, so there was no need to 'toot her own horn' again and again, because it diminished the perceived professional persona I as a patient had coming into the appointment.
-This own was my experience and perception, and it may not be that of other clients.
-DrLandolt may be knowledgeable in her field, but her communication style and 'beside manner' for me, was not worth the extended wait to get an appointment with her, nor was her advice very informative.
