Dr Chris Kearney is amazing at his job, super talented and caring. After needing MOHS surgery for quiet a big BCC on my nose down to my chin and being told from the public system that I would loose half my nose and would never look the same,
I was referred to Dr Kearney from my sister in-law who herself had MOHS surgery. I am just over 2 weeks post op and the results are amazing, I’m so grateful to have found Dr Kearney. I go back in 5 weeks for some laser work but to be honest I am already super happy with the results and knowing that this horrible tumour is out of my face. I highly recommend Dr Chris Kearney and his wonderful staff.

How wonderful and talented this man is...if it's on your face and needs surgical removal...go to him....fantastic, I'm so grateful and believe he has saved my right eye function...yet to visit the cosmetic treatment but am confident I've been and will be in the best hands with Dr Chris K.

Over the years I've had many skin cancers removed including a melanoma in 2004. At the time, I was fortunate enough to be treated by the most amazing Professor Thompson. My current dermatologist in Canberra referred me to Dr Kearney for MOH's surgery on my nose due to a reoccurring skin cancer. Surprisingly there are no MOH's surgeons in Canberra so I reluctantly flew to Sydney for what I thought would just be another specialist and another mundane surgery. How wrong was I. Dr Kearney is truly amazing. I honestly never thought I would rate another surgeon on a similar level to Professor Thompson however Dr Kearney is simply the best! My MOH's surgery was a little complicated due to being positioned on the side of my nose and although I had three sessions to remove the cancer entirely, the final "cosmetic repair" surgery was nothing short of amazing. Having had approximately 70 or 80 stitches (including dissolving stitches underneath the skin and non-dissolving above) the end result (for what could have been a disaster for my facial appearance) is perfect. Although Dr Kearney is incredibly talented, he is also a beautiful human being who cares so much about his patients and this showed from the very beginning of the initial consult (one of the very few specialists that has not kept waiting - he actually took me in early!) For someone with so much experience and so much skill, there isn't an ounce of arrogance with this gentleman. I would highly recommend Dr Kearney to anyone who is looking to maintain their sanity throughout a procedure that could very well depress you. I will be returning to Dr Kearney's surgery shortly for another MOH's surgery on my eyelid. Although it's not going to be the highlight of my life, I'm not at all concerned knowing he will be caring for me once again.
I will end my novel by saying that Dr Kearney has also surrounded himself by terrific staff members from Zoe & Rosie on reception to his lovely nurses Christine and the beautiful effervescent Anna. They all made me feel special and comfortable from start to finish.

It has been my absolute pleasure to have been referred to Dr Chris Kearney for attention to an SCC that appeared on my ear that required MOHS. I would not hesitate to recommend the man himself for his knowledge, personal demeanour and skilful extraction and sensitive cosmetic repair for the process required. The whole experience has been a pleasure.

Dr Chris' is calm, approachable, professional, engaging and such a wonderful human. It has been a very great experience. He is supported by equally skilled staff members, their emotional , professional administrative attentions and heartfelt care is extraordinary.

He is excellent when you finally get to see him but very slow and runs very late... I wish the staff would give me more warning ... He was a bit to cosmetic orientated for me - not a hard sell but a very expensive add ons that I didn't really need.

Following the return of skin cancer to my upper lip and surrounding area, I travelled interstate to consult with Dr Chris Kearney. He immediately inspired confidence; I found him to be knowledgeable, efficient and caring. The cancer was excised with Mohs Surgery and reconstruction of the difficult area was completed to such a high degree that the cosmetic result was truly remarkable and way beyond expectations. Dr Chris is amazing.
