I have never been treated so poorly by any doctor's office. Neither the staff nor the doctor appear to care about their patient's time or whether the visit is covered by insurance - apparently those are your problems, not theirs.

Staff repeatedly caused bruises when doing blood draws. Receptionist is unfriendly. I was asked to hand over a credit card as security - I have never encountered such an illogical and insulting request before. Didn't feel the doctor was listening to me or my kids. Her cosmetic skills are excellent but her bedside manner is not. She shut me down when I asked questions. At least she was honest when she couldn't fix something and referred me to another doctor who could, and did. So one day my family switched to another practice.

This happened a full year ago and I have never written a review it just bothered me... I went in to have three skin tags removed, she had her assistant give each one a shot of something to numb the spot when she came back she only cut two off when I asked her if she was going to cut the last one she actually said "Oh yes I wouldn't want you not to get your moneys worth!" She was curt and cold and hurtful I did not care about the money and I understand we all make mistakes, it was just handled so poorly. Staff is fine/ helpfulness is fine/ punctuality is fine doctor needs to slow down or find something she enjoys doing.

I had seen Dr. Landers only once and was quite impressed with her thoroughness, confidence and professionalism. I thought to myself: “The doctor really knows her stuff.” But it was a few months later when I had an urgent issue on a weekend that I found out that Dr. Landers also has tremendous caring for her patients. I had a severe allergic reaction to some antibiotics on a Saturday. I called Dr. Landers’ number; she got back to me within a few minutes and prescribed a remedy for me. This was a real “life saver!” Then she personally made an appointment to squeeze me in the very first things on Monday morning for a longer-term solution. I guess people like Dr. Landers become physicians not just because they possess the right skills and aptitudes, but also because of strong a compassion for people.

I have been seeing Dr. Landers for over 3 years now. She is very professional, talented, and always on time. Her staff is friendly, fast, and knowable. If you are looking for a cosmetic dermatologist she is very skilled. Highly recommend her.

I'm sure Dr. landers is knowledgable, but we just couldn't get past her terrible bedside manner. Seemed rushed, aloof and maybe even a little arrogant. If you don't mind that sort of thing, she'd be fine. However, I will be taking my boys somewhere else

I had a very unpleasant experience with this doctor. She removed a mole (not completely as time would later reveal). I requested that a series of flat skin tags be removed and she failed with that as well. She was in a big rush and took very little time with me. I felt as though I was in a cattle line and taking up her previous time. She charged $225 for the mole removal, $156 for the office visit (all 10" of it), $80 for tissue exam and then another $135 for tissue exam by pathologist. This was covered by Medicare and my gap insurer.M I would never recommend her.

Dr. Landers spent all of about 30 seconds to do a full body scan on me and I was a new patient. I had no idea what even just happened. Did not want to answer questions. Just wanted to get out and onto the next patient. Not going back. Don't feel like I should even have to pay!

I love Dr. Landers. She is the only dermatologist I've found (and trust me I've been too many) that I feel is concerned for me and my skin condition personally. She has gone through great lengths to help diagnose a rare condition and followed through in many different avenues on my behalf. Her nurses are wonderful, knowledgeable and curteous... I recomend her to anyone who needs a dermatologist, she effecient and extremley knowledgeable and cares for you as a patient.
