Burrows is amazing! My terrible Endocrinologist sent me to her clinic after his fellow did a physical and found scoliosis! Burrows found my weak knee muscle and taught me exercises to strengthen my knee.

Saw this Dr. in person and was shocked at her approach to our visit. She was rude, unprofessional and abrupt from the moment she entered the room. The delivery of her medical opinion in regards to my son’s condition was dismissive and contradictory to her previous opinion from a previous visit just 6 months prior. This lady is unprofessional and should remember that she’s dealing with people who obviously came to her for help and their concerns should not be dismissed simply because she’s having a bad day or isn’t knowledgeable enough about the situation. Extremely disappointing for a children’s hospital. If you get referred to this Dr, I encourage you to seek a second opinion.

We saw Dr. Burrows for a simple fracture. The only things that I could rate poor was that the wait time is long (for the fracture clinic). They give you an appointment, but its really a check in time. You won't be seen at that time. However, the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Burrows herself is extremely friendly. I would recommend her to anyone, just make sure you have a couple hours to kill :)

I had no problems getting my daughter in to see her regarding scoliosis but after being told her pain was unexplainable and undiagnosable after an MRI. We were told she could no longer help us. Then I had to fight for her to refer us to the other surgeon at McMaster in the meantime we found out 5 docs at McMaster couldn't read an MRI!
