Dr. Whitelaw is the ONLY chiropractor who has listened to me, despite a full schedule, to thoroughly address my symptoms. He saved me from getting surgery. If it wasn’t for him, I’d be in pain, paying thousands of dollars for surgery, and not able to attend my daughters wedding. Thank you Drwhitelaw for helping our family be together on this special day in our daughters life! Truly the best gift.

Dr. Whitelaw treated me after a severe car accident. I suffered BPPV and back and sciatic nerve problems because of the accident. Dr. Whitelaw was the only person who correctly diagnosed all of my problems including the BPPV. Several general practitioners I visited kept telling me it was allergies not BPPV or inner ear balance problems. He is absolutely awesome in his knowledge,demeanor and level of confidence. To this day, I recommend him to persons living in the area to make an appointment with him if they need chiropractic help.

I completely disagree. This is by far one of the best doctors offices I've visited. Dr. Whitelaw was thoughtful, complete in his exam and very comforting. We never discussed front office issues but rather the best treatment for my herniated disc. I fully recovered and have sent several of my friends his way. They are the best!

DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR IF YOU USE BC/BS INSURANCE. HIS OFFICE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO FILE CLAIMS WITH BC/BS. WE OBTAINED PRIOR ASSURANCE FROM DR. AND OFFICE PERSONNEL THAT WE WOULD ONLY PAY CO-PAYS UNDER OUR INSURANCE PLAN. HE TURNED US OVER TO DEBT COLLECTORS AFTER HE FAILED TO FILE INSURANCE CLAIMS 2 YEARS AFTER MY VISIT! HIS BUSINESS DEPT. IS UNPROFESSIONAL-- HUNG UP ON US AFTER WE HAVE REPEATEDLY TRIED TO CONTACT HIM REGARDING HIS OFFICE'S GROSS MISTAKE IN FAILING TO FILE OUR CLAIMS. THIS STAFF DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO WORK WITH INSURANCE AND WILL COME BACK TO SEEK BACK PAYMENTS YEARS AFTER SERVICE IF THEY HAVE FORGOTTEN TO PROCESS YOUR CLAIMS.

He's been my Dr for 8 years. I had an injury no other Dr would take the time to study to figure out what was going on. Whitelaw did. He poured over books and went above and beyond for me. He even got me into tests and motion x rays before he owned the machine. That was what showed my injury. He is very knowledgable, professional, courteous, and sincerely cares. He continually goes the extra mile. He is THE only chiropractor I trust.

By far the best and most professional chiropractor. He is the team chiropractor for the Arkansas Razorbacks. By no means a "typical" chiropractor. I was referred by my MD. Imagina that. He is educated and works with by other doctors to do the best with my care. No long term or life time treatments. He fixed me and sent me on my way. The best around!!!
