Saw him for the first time in November. He was helpful and kind. The conversation took awhile, but the medical history was definitely complete! I have a follow up scheduled already and recommend him.

I have now been a patient of Dr. Lebak for about 18 months and only have seen him 3 times. In those 3 visits, I am extremely impressed on his knowledge and just as important his caring to make sure you understand where to get the care you need if he cannot help. He truly treated me as if I were a relative; not just a patient.

Dr. Lebak is very knowledgeable and professional prvidor who helped my son overcome seasonal allergies. I would reccommend him to anyone!
