After years of back and fourth with no one having a clue about what was going on with me. I was referred to Dr.Lee. I do believe she in a ball of information and very intelligent but lacks compassion and warmth. Her staff and receptionists make up for the warmth.

I'm very happy to finally have a diagnosis, but after diagnosis she is shipping me back to my family Dr.

I fear I'll be bounced around from treatment plan to treatment plan again... atleast I have a clear cut diagnosis.

Dr Lee is a fine Dr and very Knowledgeable My appt was 945 I arrived 9.00am due to my husband having a appt at 930 elsewhere, I arrived early so as not to be late for my 945. anyways just wanted the office to know I did not arrive early to be taken early but to be on time. Dr Lees bedside manner does have room for improvement when greeting her patience . I am not the complaining type as I know they work very hard to please all. Thank you all for keeping me healthy

Horrible receptionist. Thinks she is doctor. Will not allow patients to visit followups in case they are not feeling well. Very hard and difficult person to deal with

Feel lucky to have Dr. Lee as my Oncologist. As amother health care worker told me in the hospital "she leaves no stone unturned".

The staff at the cancer clinic are very kind and compassionate right from the reception. My primary nurse Anushika is friendly and easy to talk to. Dr Lee is very kind, compassionate, patient and very knowledgeable. She’s the reason I’m alive today she’s gone above and beyond for me. I’ve been her patient for many year once diagnosed with stage 4 lymphoma. I’m forever grateful. Thanks again Pam.

A terrific doctor. Very knowledgeable in her field but can explain things and management options in simple terms. Also a very nice person. Excellent experience.

Waited for over an hour for her both in person and 2 phone appointments.

Dismissive and rushed. Rarely listened to me voicing my concerns and dumbed explanations down after assuming I was less intelligent due to my career.

Gets to the point and does the job but lacks people skill and punctuality. Receptionists are always pushy/in a rush..

Dr Lee is truly an amazing doctor. I have been diagnosed with stage 4 lymphoma and she has been instrumental in my recovery. Always available if I had any questions or concerns. She discusses all the results and progress of treatment and makes me aware of everything. Thank you Dr Lee for everything.

I have been seeing Dr.Lee for years and shes a great haematologist. However the new reception staff like CARMELA are a total turn off and require training on phone etiquette. The receptionist made me feel so belittled and discouraged when I called for a blood requisition. I had to take bp meds to calm down that’s how rude the lady was for no apparent reason. I don’t know how this lady works in healthcare, she talks to people so disrespectfully. She was so triggered because I asked for a new requisition. If a blood test was 6 months ago, a renewal card is not provided by the lab unless the Dr specifies on the requisition. This Carmela lady should learn the rules of laboratories before giving advice to patients. I had her hang up on me multiple times, she refused to let me speak to someone else and her tone was of a Karen. Please respect people who call for help or for a new requisition! Please respect patients and don’t yell at us!
