Dr Kamatovic has been our family physician since he started. I chose him because I recognized his exceptional knowledge base, his concern for quality care, and for providing the best care possible. Dr Kamatovic takes time to listen to his patients. He values and respects every individual and is nonjudgmental in his approach. He continues to explore the latest treatments and modalities and remains current with new and innovative approaches. If this means taking additional time to spend with each patient, then we need to be understanding when he is running behind. If more physicians would put patient needs first and conduct a thorough assessment, then there would be less hospitalizations and the burden of illness and unnecessary hospital re-admissions would be decreased within the province.This in turn would decrease the financial strain within a fragmented system and promote a more sustainable healthcare future. We should be thanking Dr Kamatovic for his exemplary example to others and being a role model to healthcare professionals.

I cannot believe some of the disrespectful reviews, how ignorant!! This doctor works his butt off, to make sure he is available for us whenever we may need him. Whether it be at his own office Monday-Thursday, or any of the other walk in clinics that he works at. Yes, the waits are long, but that is because he takes his time if he needs to for people who are sicker. MAYBE, if people didn’t have 60 issues when they are in the exam room it would cut down on the wait time. Actually, I would bet that the ones with the 60 issues are probably the ones on her complaining about the wait times. For anyone who says that he is doing it this way just for the $$ needs to give their heads a shake. If he was doing it ‘just for the money’ he wouldn’t have any wait times because he would be in and out within minutes. The staff is amazing, they do a phenomenal job considering all the work they have on their plate, I have never had an issue with them not answering the phones. In fact, I have been there waiting and see them answering the phone. I think that people need to get a life and stop complaining about a wonderful doctor who cares and gives more time to his patients then he probably does to his own family!! I suggest to anyone who is not happy that they move on and see if they can find any other doctor who is as thorough and available like Dr Kamatovic is. THANK YOU DR KAMATOVIC & STAFF FOR BEING THERE FOR US AND DEDICATING THEIR TIME!!!

I don’t understand where all these inconsiderate reviews are coming from. Dr Kamatovic is an AMAZING Dr with unbelievable knowledge. The convenience of having the ability to see your family doctor right when you need to is awesome. I no longer have to worry about not being able to get an appointment for 6 weeks with him and because if that I would have to go see some other doctor who I didn’t know and who didn’t know my medical history. Some days the waits can be crazy but they give you the option to leave and come back , which means I can run errands or even go home and get stuff done there. He cares about his patients, his wife Michelle has helped me with my weight loss and CARES!! Because of the two of them I have been able to get my sugars under control and have lost 96 POUNDS!!! His office staff are hardworking and always ready to help, honestly, I don’t know how they do it, the way they get treated sometimes shocks me!! I wrote this to let the whole office know that I am THANKFUL to have a doctor who is so knowledgeable and that he has the support staff behind him to make it all possible!!!

Dr. Kamatovic has been our family's doctor for many years and provides excellent care to myself, my husband and our two small children. While wait times at the clinic can be long, it is worth our time as we continually find that he listens to our concerns and addresses them adequately. He does not dismiss what we are saying, is up to date in his medical knowledge and is willing to continually explore alternatives until he finds a solution to a problem. I would definitely recommend Dr. Kamatovic.

Dr was our family Dr during the time we live in fort erie he found that i was diabetic ( something Dr's in the city ignored ) wish he would relocate to mississauga ! i would so make him my family dr again if i drove i would never have given him up

Rushed. I understand he is busy. He walked out the office door as I was speaking to him. I felt so rushed, I forgot to ask him what he thought could be wrong with me. Bed side manner needs improvement. I have been to a cancer hospital, that is very busy....bed side manner was excellent.
Justin was excellent. Warm, efficient and helpful.

Dr Kamatovic is my family dr. Very caring knowledgeable dr. Always listens and the only dr i trust with my life. But i went to hic new clinic today and wasnt happy. He was a different dr. I dont think he has our files. Never asked me about any of my other issues. Never did blood pressure like they always did when i walked in. He doesnt seem like my same family dr felt like i was talking to any clinic dr. who knew nothing about my history. . I hope thinks get back to normal.

The new Walk In Clinic seems to be very hectic and rushed. We hope to have the same experience as at his old office. Disappointed that he didn't warn us about side effects of a drug he put us on. So I discontinued it. Good caring doctor. Wait time in Walk In Clinic went down from 4 hours to 45 minutes. He said he did not think it would be so busy but that he could handle all the patients. Not sure if the phone is answered there or if there is any followup ????
We will see though as time goes on.
