I had a procedure at Simcoe general hospital today.
Dr Al-Kassam and his staff were great, caring and compassionate. We are fortunate to have them serve us in the county of Norfolk.

However Dr. Al Kassam’s office communication leaves much to be desired. I have two letters that say to phone his office for information and to make an appointment. The phone is never answered. Just a message to not leave messages. Why ask me to call the office if it is impossible to get to speak to a person?

Dr. Al-Kassam is a wonderful caring and knowledgable dr. So thankful we had him to do emergency surgery on my husband. He always took the time to answer our questions in the hospital and his office. Never once did we feel rushed by this very busy man. Thank you !

Didnt come see my mom at all in hospital when he was supposed to. Her meds were held for over 2 days and ended up in ICU. Neglectful
