I am extremely satisfied with my experience with the Vector staff and Dr. Bhamra. I am very short sighted (-10.5). I started with glasses when I was 6. They got progressively thicker until the weight caused open sores behind my ears. I started with soft contacts in the early 80s. After cataract surgery i wanted multi focal lenses inserted to avoid glasses and lenses. My correction was beyond the normal range so conventional multifocal lenses were not available. Dr. Bhamra obtained the LISA lenses from Ziess Germany for me. The surgery went without a problem and I now have better than 20 20 vision and can read fine print without glasses.

I have had an amazingly positive experience with Dr. Bhamra. He is an extremely skilled surgeon and we are so lucky to have him taking care of us. I was referred to him by my optomitrist as I am a Fuchs Dystrophy patient . I also had cadaracts in both eyes. He is only one of a few doctors that are able to do this type of "duo" eye surgery. The cornea and the lens were both repaired and very successfully. One thing I cannot stress enough is to do exactly as he says. You will work as a team with him and his staff. My surgeries are completed now, and I only return for follow ups, but I would never hesitate referring him as an eye specialist. Top Notch.!!!!! Thank you Dr. Bhamra for restoring my sight. I no longer wear glasses and am extremely greatful to him.

Positive, happy, uplifting and very skillful Ophthalmologist. Great all around. From first meeting Jamie and his staff I have been impresses. Both my eyes were operated on for RLE with Multifocal lenses and my life has changed. It has been 3/12 and I am long overdue to share my thanks with Vector Eye Centre. Anyone needing eye stuff done? I recommend Vector Eye Centre and Dr. Bhamra all the way.

I was overwhelmed by how the people waiting in an assembly line got seen to quickly.. yet everythjng went smoothly and on time....
I thought the staff were quite friendly,. although .one chewed gum the whole time and was a bit brash...I met dr Bhamra towards the end and felt he was rushing me so i asked him to speak up....the reviews are re assuring..which leaves me having with faith in him for when he does my cataract surgery..

Dr. Bhamra is the most caring Dr. I have ever been too. His surgical skills are excellent and my recovery was exceptional. He took me from near blindness to 20/20 vision. As far as being rushed through and an assembly line, as some comments have stated, I guess when you are the best that puts you in high demand for your time. I have has visits where everything is OK so why spend time on me that isn't needed. When I have had questions, they have always been answered and I have never felt rushed. My husband will be having his first visit with Dr. Bhamra in May and I look forward to the fact that he is in exceptional hand. His staff, I have always felt were kind and helpful and caring. If I could give Dr. Bhamra a 10star rating, I would!
However, I was born here and know the value of a good Doctor.

Enjoying my new eyes after a Refractive Lens Exchange. Christmas is brighter and clearer than I remember and without glasses. I am getting the hang of the multi-vision IOL and I can see almost everywhere and everything without glasses! I am so happy and looking forward to my new vision for the new year! My family doctor told me that Dr. Bhamra is the best and my experience confirmed that he is definitely THE BEST!. I was referred to him by another specialist due to concern with my cornea-Fuch's Dystrophy. He determined that surgery was required to avoid damage to the cornea and performed DSAEK so efficiently and with such great skill that this complex surgery was done in 20 minutes and post -op was painless , no gritty sensation even, and vision returned in 4 days. In one week vision was as good in that eye as my "good" eye, it was much worse before, and he advises that it will only improve from here. He answers all questions very clearly, and gives clear instructions. He emphasizes that you are a team so follow those instructions. We are so fortunate to have Dr. B practicing in our community and I would highly recommend him for his amazing surgical skills, knowledge, experience, and ability to communicate with us frightened patients. And he does all this with a sense of humour too.
