For over a week we have been unable to resolve a vital prescription issue..For a anti-rejection drug vital to the continued health of my mom. The office staff is only concerned with passing the blame and refused to resolve the issue, even when given step by step elementary directions. This is a medication that has not changed for a year. If we have any issues with rejection it will be due to negligence from the office staff who would rather cover their asses than do their jobs!
