Poor command of English language in the office overall. If you do not speak Russian, I would not use her services. She had difficulty understanding me and I her. I was treated poorly by her and was insulted by her comments. My Primary Dr Dr Pellegrini was made aware of the situation and the comments. He had been my primary Dr for 25 years and has been there with me through 14 operations. Needless to say he told me "he would not be referring any more patients to Dr Shagumova. Pete
