Unbelievably horrible experience. Only interested in $$$$$. She doesn’t even inform you in what she is doing. Doesn’t care about you or your teeth. Just bill bill bill fill bill.

Every comment below is 100% correct. Dr Sugar over- billed my insurance company without advising me of what she was doing . Only out for your money. Awful

Dr. Sugar will do unnecessary dental work if even it isn't covered by your plan. You will not be advised of the work that isn't covered until it is time to pay at reception. She wanted to remove all my old fillings and unbeknownst to me she got a quote from my insurance company but my fillings were fine. When I refused to have it done she did a procedure that wasn't covered by my plan without prior consent for around $100 dollars. I told Dr. Sugar and her receptionist to mark in my file that I was to be advised of any work that wasn't covered by my insurance and on this day I reiterated the same to them. I was furious when I went to reception and she advised of the cost and I refused to pay. She sent the outstanding $102 to collections. She is extremely unethical! There are ethical dentists in Milton, stay clear of this office.

Combined our dental insurance is substantial....that being said, our younger son had "shark tooth" (adult tooth growing before the baby tooth fell out) took him to Dr. Sugar, she literally looked in his mouth and said it's fine....billed us an "emergency exam" for over $100.00 Awful....never went back. The receptionist acted more like a commissioned sales person than a receptionist. Avoid this office folks!

Dr. Sugar has been my dentist for 19 years and was there in the beginning when I needed emergency dental work. She rebuilt a tooth that fell apart and I still have that tooth. She has taken very good care of me and my family over the years.
