I found Dr Conliin very knowledgeable and very pleasant.
Also I don't know what is wrong with these people that say her receptionist isn't very nice.I found her very
nice on the telephone and also in person, . Any one that says different there must be something wrong
with them.

She was just awful. Late, no bedside manner. Did not seem to know what she was doing. Dragged my scheduled surgery date on and on awaiting OHIP funding. Scheduled surgery date, then canceled saying funding not secured. Scheduled second surgery date which I told them I would have to change that new date. Calked in to cancel new date and was told I'd be put on list for later. Called in after months of not hearing anything to be told I was dropped as a patient because I kept canceling surgeries. I told them it was them who canceled first time and had told them the second date would not work for me. Got deafening silence when asked why I was never told I was dropped. Must be just in it for the money because she sure isn't there for the patient. Receptionist is rude and ignorant. Avoid this office at all costs.

Dr Conlin was amazing with my daughter when she had her tonsils and adenoids removed. She was very professional, understanding and thorough! I would highly recommend her to anyone especially those with young children from my experience.

I was referred to Dr. Conlin in 2020 and I honestly cannot say enough good things. I had atrocious tonsils stones which affected my confidence and self esteem immensely as then a 23 year old. Not only were they not covered by OHIP, which I understood - I randomly got a call from Dr. Conlin a few months later that she had been going back and forth with OHIP for me fighting to get a bilateral tonsillectomy covered. She won! I thank her from the bottom of my heart. You have no idea how much that means to me to have my confidence back. Thank you so much!

Dr Conlin listened to my complaints, treated me with courtesy and dignity. She promptly did my surgery where all hospital staff was amazing to me! Highly recommend 👌

Receptionist is extremely rude. The receptionist laughed and talked down to me throughout our entire telephone conversation. Extremely unprofessional and shouldn’t have a job in the healthcare industry.
Dr.Ann Conlin is sweet and professional in all aspects of her care. It’s surprising she would work along side such a terrible receptionist.

Dr. Conlin and her staff were fantastic! I couldn’t of asked for a better ENT!

She made me feel comfortable thru the process! My son is two and got ear tubes and I knew he was in great hands!

Would recommend Dr. Conlin if you need an ENT!

So disappointed with my visit to Dr. Conlin and would never go back! She has a terrible bedside manner. Complained that my inquiries were not covered by OHIP. Complained that I was late to my appointment even though I waited in the parking lot for 5 minutes so I would be exactly on time (covid rules) Complained that I raised my arm off my lap which happened spontaneously in reaction to the long probe she stuck down my nose into my throat. Telling me their are laws that protect her and making me feel like I did it on purpose! I hated the entire visit and felt very uncomfortable! I have relayed my experience to the medical professionals who referred her and have averted friends to see another ENT doctor!

Couldn't be more happy with Dr Conlin and her staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful during the appointment and through phone calls leading up. Would 100% recommend. Dr Conlin was very sympathetic to the way I've been feeling, amazing bedside manner, she made me feel heard, validated and made me feel comfortable.
