I travelled to Sydney from Melbourne to visit Cosmos Clinic for Vaser Liposuction as I knew they were the best in Australia. If you are going to get cosmetic surgery it’s worth going to the very best isn’t it? Dr Ajakar and his team are definitely the best. I was really well looked after and the results are great. Little touches like the nurse walking me back to my hotel after the procedure, follow up visits during my post operation massage by Dr Ajakar to see how I’m doing, reception staff really friendly which made me feel at ease, the post operation masseur being really helpful, caring and with a great sense of humour. Altogether a great experience. You could not be in better hands.

Honestly, what a wonderful thing to have a doctor who actually cares about my well-being, and takes the time to explain things.
Dr Ajaka and his staff were all very accommodating & took the time to listen! Life changing. Wish I would have done it sooner! .
Dr Ajaka is a true artist and made me feel like I was his masterpiece.
On top of his unbelievable surgical skills, he is the warmest and most compassionate doctor. He is a rare gem as most doctors don’t possess both qualities!
Overall communication was exceptional and I highly recommend

I found Dr Ajaka to be the most professional cosmetic surgeon I have seen. There was no pressure , only providing all the answers to my various questions. He was very polite, sincere, and patient. I also found his knowledge and expertise to be the very best anyone could hope for. The results were even better then what I expected for my Vaser lipo treatment.
I thoroughly recommend Dr Joseph Ajaka and his team at the Cosmos clinic. You will not be disappointed, only relieved you went to the best there is.

I just want to mention the amount of support I have received from dr Jospeh Ajaka. Around 6months ago I had surgery on my chest to remove stubborn fat from pressuring against me and also had liposuction done on my stomach area.
   The surgery was very successful but just want to credit the doctors support and profession. From before to during to after the procedures and follow ups, I still receive the best of him and his feedback. Also want to give a massive review to the nurses and the rest of the team at cosmos clinic. Very honest, reliable & very trust worthy people. I put my body in these peoples hands & they handled it with care. Honestly the best people I have come across in along time.

Since the day of my initial consultation with Cosmos clinic I have only had the loveliest experiences. The team at cosmos is the most friendly I have ever experienced. I have previously had bad experiences at another very well known clinic in the same area and was a little apprehensive. However I had been told by close friends and family how great Cosmos is. You have been very warm and welcoming and I am so glad I took their advise. Thank you Dr Ajaka and team for looking after and treating me with care and wanting to keep a future patient relationship with me. I can continue with more compliments but instead I will highly recommend your clinic and work to anyone appehensive or looking to come have a treatment with you. Thank you all so much.

Dr Ajaka is A passionate and caring surgeon that takes pride in his work. He has changed my life and restored my confidence and self love. He is highy trained and takes his work very passionately he loves his job and that shows through with his caring and calming nature. I highly recommend him and am so thankful I met him

I am so grateful for Dr Joseph. I look and feel amazing !!

Ive got the most amazing bum now (mine was so flat before I lost 30 kilos but after I lost the weight you would not believe how bad my bum was. It was hollow and saggy) I feel so amazing in my jeans and going to the beach but its the whole experience of using Doctor Joseph. He is amazing. So caring. Very accomodating. Takes he’s time and really listens to what your needs and concerns are. I was so nervous about the surgery but the doctor and the team at Cosmos Clinic were always there for me. Step by step before and well after the surgery. The after care with the nurse was phenomenal. Even the girls on reception are caring and know there stuff. Please go see these guys you’ll be so happy. Ps I know I wanted a great bum and got it but the the way they take out the fat from your body makes you look like you have a perfect hour glass. I get so many comments about how beautiful my waist and hips look. Its just such a plus.
