Dr Zavagnin has been my family doctor since she began practicing family medicine. Prior to this I had several other dr’s and she is By FAR the best dr I have ever had. She is compassionate, takes as much time as is required to deal with issues, doesn’t hesitate to refer me to specialists if needed and genuinely cares about my well being. I can’t say enough about what an amazing physician she is. I am very lucky to have her taking care of me

Love Dr Zavagnin but the receptionist can learn some compassion and stop being so rude. It's like dealing with that gatekeeper every time I call. I would rather eat glass than to speak with the receptionist there. I hope the doctor sees this and does something about it. The receptionist is arrogant and needs some customer service training. Or maybe it's time for her to retire since shes so crusty and bitter.

I had my first appointment today with Dr. Zavagnin. I found her to be generous with her knowledge and time. She was super organized and efficient , with all of the procedures . She didn’t hesitate to look something up re. Meds dosages available, and I really admired her humility.

Dr Nicole is an outstanding compassionate doctor. My daughter got very sick on a flight back to Toronto, and as soon as the flight attendants asked if there was a doctor onboard, she left her young family and attended to my daughter. For the the next four hours, she continuously monitored my daughter’s blood pressure, pulse, oxygen, etc and gave us so much peace of mind. The EMS took over once we landed. I can’t say enough nice things about Dr Nicole and if I lived in Thunder Bay, I wouldn’t want anyone other than her to be my doctor. Thank you so much again Dr Nicole for looking after my daughter, Lily. We all appreciate your care very much.

She is fantastic. Caring, friendly and knowledgeable. The receptionist sucks, she is rude and condescending (I am also a medical receptionist and would have lost my job long ago if I spoke to patients like that) but thankfully Dr. Z has moved clinics and hopefully this staff is better.

Love her! Best doctor I have ever had. She has taken on myself and my family. She does not rush us through appt's, unlike other Doctor's we have had. She will spend however long needed to address every concern. We are so lucky to have her as our Doctor!
