Receptions need to go back to school to learn manners and respect they are very upset about something maybe it’s their job and dealing with the doctor Miller book. Miller book has no comprehension of the patient that she deals with in detail it would be mental health she immediately dismisses the patient and does not want to be their doctor anymore very bad at dealing with mental health.
She will make you Miss Work to come into her appointment that you made to tell you that she is no longer your doctor be very careful of this doctor I believe she is made of witchcraft
If I can give you some advice do not go to see this doctor she will make you worse than you were when you started

I always get appointments for my children quickly. She is knowledgable & was fantastic when I needed a stress leave from work.

DR. Miller-book is a great doctor. She is to the point and very thorough. I had a concern in which I wanted further tests and she accommodated me without any hassle. She doesn't push pills and will recommend other measures of treatment before a prescription. She always recommends a follow up. All in all great doctor

Love Dr. Wendy! She is ver intelligence and kind....nice sense of humour. Never have to wait very long in waiting from. When I was having issues at my last job, she could see how stressed I was due to extreme bullying, and she handled everything for me. ie...notes, etc.

My family has had Dr. Miller - Book since our precious doctor closed his practice. I don't usually find it difficult to get into see her and on most ocassions get in quickly. No issues with the front staff or nursing staff. I have found that she is very matter of fact...to the point...no time for chit chat. Any requests or concerns I've had she has addressed.

I find Dr. Miller-Book average in her bedside manner, I rarely see her for anything major. Her secretary is rude, plan and simple, not sure if she is hired for the clinic as a whole or only for Miller-Book? I make it a point not to see the doctor often, but when I do it is never pleasant. I am sure they have their own stories about crazy patients. I find more of my clinic experience frustrating rather than Miller-Book herself.

Dr. Wendy Miller Book is always an active listener and far from a pill pusher. she has consistently asked my family loads of questions to weed out pertinent information. I have lost a family doctor and had a few in between and this one is by far one of the best family doctors I have encountered

I am shocked to find a negative comment about Dr.Miller Book. She is great. Very thorough. She doesn't give you a bunch of pills you don't need but at the same time is happy to prescribe something if required. Seems very competent and has a great bedside manner. The staff in the office are awesome and I've never had to wait more then a few days to be seen. All of these things are very refreshing in comparison to other family physicians.
