Dr. Miller Book is excellent! Every time I need to see her it is within the week. She asks many questions to get the full scope and always has an answer and if she can't she has no hesitation to refer you. I am moving to another city now and I can only hope to get as great of a doctor as she has been to me.

Staff was very rude to me on the phone even after I explained my problem, they did not offer any alternative and when I asked if I could get into see her, I was told rudely, that the Dr. is only working til 1pm, I was not asked if I wanted to schedule an appt. for the following day, week, month or even year! There was just a pregnant silence on the other end of the line, so I said "fine" then promptly hung up! Nice impression! Dr Miller-Book herself seems to have no warmth or beside humour. I will be changing Dr's as soon as I can find another!
