I think she is a nice person, but her medical knowledge is limited. She pretty much sends patients out to specialists and that's it. She sends patients out for blood tests all the time and goes mainly by what they say. She does not want to talk about other issues and will give you a specialist referral. Sometimes I feel more like a hypochondriac than anything else when I am there. You will be in and out quickly and she does seem pretty pressured for time - good bye!

Ok for colds and flu but very limited beyond that, Always rushed and, at times, a bit scatter brained. The office is going down hill since her long time receptionist left. The replacement is unprofessional and dismissive towards patients: Un-helpful and whiny. There is very little in terms of modern looking equipment- even the BP reader looks antique and the doctor does not provide full yearly exams: At least I have not had one for years! Not working out for me and also thinking of leaving.

She used to call personally with test results, but not anymore. I think she's a good doctor, but doesn't seem as focused as she used to be. Maybe patient load is too high. Staff still doesn't know my name, and I've been a patient for years. I've also gotten incorrect information from the front desk staff. I'm considering leaving.

Have been seeing Dr. Bisla for several years since we moved the foothills from the Bay Area. Dr. Bisla really listens to you and I am very comfortable with her. This is very important to me in selecting a doctor. She has a wonderful manner and takes an interest in her patients. Only 1 time was I not able to see her immediately, but DR. Gill (who shares the office) was able to fit me in and all was well! Given the amount of patients doctors are expected to deal with now-a-days, I have nothing but the most utmost respect for her and her colleagues!

Very nice doctor BUT-Right after I became a patient acquired a new baby. Too unavailable for acute issues. Bill and refer Doctor for my chronic issues so far. Over a year and no A1c sugar test and my BMI is about 40! I asked for one finally and it was a random glucose! Wow, could have stuck my finger while I was there for that. Told me she didn't treat fibromyalgia. Didn't want to talk to me about it or my bi-polar. Didn't believe in that", give that appt. time to "someone who needed it". Wow. Felt like the door slammed in my face. My issues are some other doctors problem, apparently over her head or schedule. I can't maintain 6 different specialists.

Had been to multiple physicians prior to discovering this office as recommended to me by no other then my insurance agent. He said they had the best feedback on both Dr Gill and Dr Bisla from multiple patients. I have bee in the best of hands since. Most of my co workers who are also patients here have had the same great experience as me. Docters offer compassionate care and both are very knowledgeable and well trained.. The focus has always been on me as the patient. I wonder why I had stuck with my prior physician for so long. I enjoy dealing with the office staffand feel totally confident and pleased about the care I am receiving. I am delighted to be a patient and plan to stay here for many years to come.
