A WONDERFUL Doctor, soft spoken, VERY DIRECT!...I'm quite amazed at Dr.Sogbesan's ability to look, diagnose, prescibe to correct treatment, and finally, as a surgeon, very soft,careful,deliberate hands...I am thankful!!

I swear, that Dr.Sogbesan is already 2 steps ahead of you, when you visit, get your prognosis, have your surgical day set, and has such gentle hands and voice. The interns/local staff, are VERY quiet when speaking to Dr.Sogbesan, and listening for instructions. they respect him that much. His work is gently impeccable, his explanation of next steps is quiet and deliberate. I was very lucky to find Dr.Sogbesan, very lucky indeed.....

I have advanced glaucoma. I required a trebeculectomy (surgery) in each eye. The first one was not fully successful requiring a second "treb", no fault of Dr. Sogbesan, I have thin cornea tissue but he found a creative way to stitch it closed. Stitches in your eyeball has to be one of the worst recoveries, but I followed the schedule of drops and was careful not to cause increased eye pressure during recovery. My pressures are under control and the path to blindness has been slowed to a trickle. I'm appreciative for being cared for and understand the necessity of the regimentation because so many patients want Dr. Sogbesan. Jenna is amazing running the office and keeping patients informed. Be patient, be understanding, and appreciate you are being treated by one of the absolute best surgeons! 5/5. Pat

Had my first appointment with Dr.Sogbesan about a month ago. I was surprised to find that a Professor from McMaster University now treats patients in my home town of fort erie. He was very kind and thorough (very soft spoken). After being assessed, I am on a trial of new glaucoma medications that seems to be helping the pressures in my eyes and as a side effect my eyes are no longer red. I recommend

So far I am very pleased with the excellent support & medical care received to date. I consider myself very fortunate to benefit from this important process. Waiting time are the same or worse elsewhere - it's the results we are validating.. I am confident they are very present here & I am very confident my eyes are been attended to with upmost care.

Great surgeon. Extremely knowledgeable glaucoma and cataract specialist. Wait times are long but definitely worth the wait to see this surgeon. Very kind, soft spoken gentleman !

The wait times are not Dr Sogbesan"s fault . There are very few doctors wjth his expertise in the province and if you want the best, you must be parient. I am waiting for surgery which has been buked and feel confidant that he will do the best job. Good preparation takes time and they have prepared me well.

My doctor retired and I was transferred to him. The office is run like we are a heard of animals that are all brought into a hallway where we wait 2 or 3 hours for the 10min check up. It is appalling that they overbook so many people at one time. It really says that the doctors time is more important then the patient!
