You know it's a good surgeon when staff are excited it's him working that day. An experienced surgeon. No nonsense. The type of doctor we used to have and rare to find these days. Very good surgeon.

I had an appointment with the physician on February 23, 2024. I would recommend this doctor to anyone. I was seeking an opinion from a professional and let me tell you he didn't rush me he saw my concerns and eased my mind and offered options . I be seen several other ENTs in the city and I was a little apprehensive in seeking this physicians advice due to the reviews of some patients. However best decision was going to this office ! From the start the staff are friendly and honest. Everytime I called they answered all questions I had . I waited 4 weeks to see him and the staff correlated all the tests required for my appointment. Thank you so much dr Abdallah and staff

I have growing lump on my face near the ear. Waited 2 months to see him just for him to say it’s caused by my acnes.. I don’t even have acnes. I was shocked as he didn’t take my lump seriously. I also told him there’s sharp pain sometimes. He won’t do any testing for me. Said see again in two months if still there then will do biopsy. Then why not do now?! Why everything in Canada health system has to wait! I don’t get it. So frustrating.

Dr Abdullah really put us at easy today. After many stressful weeks of seeing many doctors and hospital visits, we are so thankful we finally fell in the hands of Dr Abdullah who helped my mom so much. Immediately his manner made us feel at ease, and his receptionist too! He listened to my mom with patience and eventually pin pointed exactly what her ongoing pain after her severe ear infection which he confirmed to be cleared was from. Even though it ended up being nothing in relation to the ear nose or throat anymore he didn’t just brush her off like another doctor tried to do but was thorough & his diagnosis was actually right and made sense! He is a very smart doctor, very nice and still answered any questions she had. So thankful we have answers and thankful for Dr Abdullah and his kind receptionist today.

I recently had an appointment where I witnessed the secretary continuously belittle the nurse behind her back to the other secretary of Dr. Tietze. The unprofessionalism was front facing other patients who were waiting and I made a complaint to the Dr. himself.
