I went to see Dr. Lao because I had chronic pain from tennis elbow for several months. After 4 treatments the pain in my arm has disappeared. Dr. Lao is very knowledgeable and experienced and I am grateful for her compassionate and effective treatment. I would recommend her to anyone suffering from chronic pain. Amy Lao treated me for fertility issues using acupuncture and Chinese medicine after I failed my IVF fresh frozen transfer in October 2020. I was 42 years young at the time and had 2 previous miscarriages. Amy’s treatment worked so well that she had me pregnant after only 2 acupuncture sessions and 1 week of Chinese herbs. I was so surprised I got pregnant naturally after years of trying. I ended up having to call the IVF clinic to cancel my frozen embryo transfer and they couldn’t believe I was pregnant. I continued going to my acupuncture treatments until the end of my first trimester which; helped me out with my nausea and hyperemesis. Thanks to Dr. Amy Lao, I have a beautiful healthy daughter. I can’t thank her enough for the care she provided me. She was so flexible with her schedule to accommodate my appointments. I highly recommend her to anyone needing help getting pregnant and for symptom management for pregnancy related nausea.

I am so impressed with Dr. Amy Lao. After only three treatments my pain levels and vertigo symptoms have diminished. I feel better than I ever thought possible. Dr. Amy used acupuncture and manual manipulation of my face and neck muscles to almost completely relieve me of debilitating pain and vertigo symptoms. I am very grateful to her for giving me hope. I would highly recommend her.

I was referred to Dr. Lao for severe lower back and thigh pain, which resulted in me not being able to sit for longer than a few minutes at a time. After several treatments, the pain diminished and I was able to sit without pain. She took the time to find out exactly what the problem areas were, and I am now pain free! I have and will continue to recommend her!!
