Best doctor in Lloyd!!My family has been going to him for years.So blessed to have him as our doctor.

Dr. Govender has failed my mom. It took many many years for her to get to see a liver specialist. I recently relocated my mom to the Calgary area and her new doctor got her in the see the liver specialist within 6 months! Previous to this he did not diagnose my dad, also his patient, suffering for many years with stage 4 cancer. WHY? This doctor never even ha6 the dignity to see Mt dad in the lloydminster hospital before I gave my dad dignity and peace to succumb to the terrible disease of cancer. I had to get my mom away from him.

I don't understand why my dad was in pain for years before being hospitalized late May 2022 then in hospice, which I had to find in Calgary Alberta, where he passed in July 2022. My Dad had been sick for many years with no diagnosis until he was diagnosed in May 2022 with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. Dr. Govender was his doctor. Dr. Govender did not diagnose this. Why? I don't have an answer. Save your life and don't go to him! This is totally unacceptable. And never once did he say sorry.

We've been with Dr. Govender for almost 18 years now. He is an outstanding medical caregiver and truly wants to help his patients. His staff are excellent.

Been my doctor for 15 years.
Front end staff and nurse has always been great to deal with.
Govender is knowledgeable and thorough. Always listens to any concern I have. I Have never had a bad experience with him.

Dr Govender has has twice in emergency taken taking the reins and I am very grateful for it. Once for my daughter which changed her life dramatically and once for my Mother who on her death bed was so very careing for my family . I will always be forever thankful.

Fantastic doctor
These negative ratings are obviously for the wrong doctor or are rating the poorly run hospital itself (Sask Government issue).

Since this is under "Family Doctors", you should read what people have to say about him as a family doctor.

Dr Govender runs a clinic called Prof Med and goes way beyond what any other family doctor does. Very kind and knowledgeable man

Worst doctor I don’t understand why he is chief I have gone through heck trying to get help for health issues he has an opinion instead of medical help. He is doesn’t have a true diagnosis. I had several tests that tell me he is wrong on it but he says because they don’t know he is saying I have asthma but three specialist say I don’t😡

Dr. Govender has been my family doctor since I moved to Lloyd in 2008, I cannot stress how amazing he has been! He always takes the time to listen to my concerns and never takes chances if he is not sure about something he will not leave anything to chance he will do whatever it takes to find the problem or get you to a specialist for help. He knowledge is immense and I can honestly say he is the only reason my son is alive today and I will be forever grateful for him.

Don't read the negative about blaming this Dr for covid lol. Its a new virus we still learning more about it. Govender is a great Dr and gets to the bottom of the problem. All these negative reviews on him can choke on covid
